Yay for a good scan day!

Starbright24 · 03/07/2014 21:23

Congrats on the good scans :)

I'm feeling almost human today. Came home from work and actually did a 20 session of my pilates prenatal dvd bought absolutely yonks ago - well it feels like it. I feel like it's time to stop being a blob and try to get some strength back - long may this feeling last (probably till ms again tomorrow morning)

Congrats to all of those who have had scans since last time I posted and good luck to all of those who have them tomorrow.
I am currently awake watching Ds playing in his cot on the monitor! He is so funny.
On an annoying note I have lost my ring. It's one that Dh brought me when we first started going out so isn't expensive but has huge sentimental value! So annoyed! :( hoping it will just turn up somewhere random but know that the reality is it's probably gone for good!
Hoping I may get some sleep soon!

Congrats on all the god scans yesterday!

I'm exhausted after a gig in London last night but it was amazing. Arcade fire in Hyde park! So happy that was technically Jesus' first gig :)

Not sure how I'll make it through work today - I need a naughty coffee!!

15 weeks today woohoo!

blizy · 04/07/2014 07:19

Sara's, so jealous sounds fab! Wee buttons first gig was at the radio 1 big weekend, I was jumping around and dancing to Kasabian and KOL. I am selling my t in the park ticket, I can't face the camping (no sleeping), and the bogging toilets. So gutted about it as it's the last one at Balado. I'll just have to have a pampering weekend on my own instead.

blizy · 04/07/2014 07:20

Good luck for scans today.

Saraswati · 04/07/2014 07:32

Oh forgot to say I got to use my baby on board badge for the first time! Got given a free travel card as I was queuing to top up my oyster and got 2 seats on the tube! So there are some advantages to bring pregnant ;)

KeepOnPloddingOn · 04/07/2014 07:57

Aww dec hope you find it.

Sara- your gig sounds fab, blIZY I love kasabian too. When I was pregnant with dd I often played all sorta of music to her in my womb- from johnny cash to bob Marley to ...eminem!! (Bad mother) she loves her music though and gets really excited if I play any johnny cash hehe.

Hayfever is awful today - what the nasal apray we are allowed? Someone posted about it few days ago?

Good luck with your scan Henrietta

Keep it's prevalin, I bought it earlier this week and it has been working so far.
You sound like you have the same taste in music as me, love a bit of most things (except cheesy pop).

MightyQuin1201 · 04/07/2014 09:06

Apologies in advance, but I need a little moan... I have PLE which is basically an allergy to the sun and it has flared up badly after being in LA last week. I usually use a strong prescription steroid cream to treat the intense itch & blistering, but my doctor prescribed me a weaker cream due to the pregnancy- and it barely does a thing! Apparently PLE is even more reactive when you're pregnant Sad...

Does anyone else have this? I'm off to France in a couple of weeks and then Greece in August and I fear both will be miserable! In non-pg life I would take prednisolone if it got really bad... Sorry for the me me me post...

Oh no mighty that sounds awful for you.

Loobyloo893 · 04/07/2014 11:33

Theres a baby in my belly!! Grin Had nifty this morning, baby looks all good. Nt measurement is 1.8 and sonographer thinks everything looks good. So relieved. Placenta is at front which I had with DS so I'll prob feel less movements but that's ok.

Loobyloo893 · 04/07/2014 11:33

And been out forward a few days so now due 19th instead of 22nd.

for all the ladies that have had their scans can I ask what your NT result was please?

LulusMiniEgg · 04/07/2014 12:14

1.9mm

lindamagoo · 04/07/2014 12:39

mines was 2.8, still ok I think?

missdonsol · 04/07/2014 12:41

Congrats looby, lovely news.

linda my NT measurement was 1.9mm

missdonsol · 04/07/2014 12:43

Anything below 3.5 is normal apparently. But I suppose we won't know the risk until combined with the blood test results.

HenriettaTurkey · 04/07/2014 12:49

Well...there's a baby in my belly too! Wiggling around and looking very happy. I've been moved back too...edd now 23/1/15. I've also been diagnosed with antenatal depression, which explains a few things. Going home to sleep now.
