Today my top kept riding up and showing my belly, I've just had to pop into New Look to buy a longer one! I feel so FAT!

Poly you aren't fat-you are pregnant! My DH keeps telling me this too. My tummy is growing every day and I've developed a muffin top at the back to balance it out!

Retro, how did you get on at mamas and papas with testing nursing chairs, I'm also on the look out on ebay for a cheap one near us - there seems to be loads, and even the nasty cushions can be easily covered/replaced. I sat on one once in john lewis and couldn't believe how god damn comfy they were!!

I'm exactly the same Mango Someone told me the other day that I would be having a girl because of the all round bump. Could be true, I just had a tiny bump on the front with DS.

DH got his head bitten off last night because I caught him grinning looking at me belly. I told him off for laughing at me and was having none of it when he tried to explain he was smiling because it was nice.

I'm obviously just not feeling too very good about myself at the moment.

Aw poly. It must be hard. But as time passes you will embrace your big tummy. And when baby is here it will all have been worth it...

Hehe toots-I've bitten the bullet and have started telling people at work. The rumour mill is already working though-I keep catching sneaky peeks at my tum and I'm pretty sure the grapevine will kick in soon and then everyone will know. I quite liked having a secret but I know I won't be able to keep it forever.

Bleugh mushy peas! I'd be up for waffles though. I had an egg mayo roll for lunch-eggs from our hens are the best! Only problem is the smell when boiling them (bleugh).

Only 13 (and a half) but I'm bigger than I expected by now. Might be something to do with all the eating...

My bump actually looks much less huge in this pic than in my mirror. I'm only going to check myself in photos from now on!

What's the deal with mayo, ladies? I read in one of my leaflets that I'm not supposed to have it... loads of you seem to eat it though, I'm really missing my egg sarnies!

Hanflan I think that if it comes in a jar from the supermarket you can have it but you're not supposed to eat homemade so best to avoid in restaurants and places if you don't know how it's been prepared.

Oh gosh SIL has just called to say she's seen the MW today and because she's got so big all of a sudden she's got to go to the hospital for a scan on Thur. She's 35 wks with #1 and was in an utter panic. Poor thing. The mw has scared the shit out of her!

Hanflan-pretty sure the problem with mayo is the raw/undercooked egg. Hellmans is pasteurised egg anyway and I'm sure the supermarket ones will be too.

Fx she is ok. Better to check I guess. Let us know how she gets on with the scan.
