Just back from a housewarming do- pizza 2 nights running and loved it!

Sooo... Was just plucking my hairy nipples checking for pregnancy changes in my boobs, when I realised one felt a little sticky. Poked them a bit more and they're both very slightly sticky. Left a little crustiness on my bra when I checked.

a) I'm only 9 weeks on Monday. Is this normal in a first pregnancy? And...

b) Is it ok to be totally freaked out by this? Right now they feel weird. I don't want anyone touching them. Like ever. I will get over this, right?! I want to bf but 'twas a very odd thing. A little 'fingernail down a chalkboard' IYSWIM?

Retro I'm pretty sure crusty nips is normal? Like nipple discharge. I think I've had it a bit but tbh haven't looked very hard.

Re: bras: I've bought non wired ones from uniqlo and they're really nice too, lots of different colours and patterns, £14.99 a pop though.

Viper, it was me who recommended the GenieBras. Sooo comfy, but not the most attractive! I've found that for special occasions I have to crack out my normal bras so the straps don't show under certain tops etc. my boob pain does seem to be ramping up now at 9 weeks, so I may start wearing them in bed too.

DH has gone out for a couple of hours, so I'm going to have a nice long shower, then have sneaky soft-poached eggs for breakfast! Mmmmmm, runny yolks

They have opened a mamas and papas outlet in Brum! I popped in yesterday and came out with nothing because I just wanted everything !

Was so ill after shopping yesterday afternoon I had to sit on a bench on our way home from school and wait for DH to pick us up in the car. Got home, tested my blood glucose and blood pressure and everything was fine. I think it must have been being on my feet for so long in the heat. I'm obviously just going to be completely useless this pg if I can't even last half a days shopping

Oh and Retro if I have a bit of a squeeze I have got a bit of colostrum too. I think it's a good sign. I had to express antenatally last time round so I had a store of milk ready for LO and it was a bit of a nightmare.

Poly where's the M&Ps? Might send my parents... Although we do have one right up the road now as well as a big mothercare so I don't know what I'm on about.
