Such sad news about Emily. Wishing her lots of love.

Am working from home today as we have a new bathroom going in ready for when Baby arrives in December!! Am not feeling very conducive to work with all the banging that is going on above me. I've had a bit of a headache for the past 3 days and the banging is doing absolutely nothing for it!

At least I get to sit and watch the tennis this afternoon once it starts Grin

I've also seen the pic on FB and it is disgusting but not real. I hid it from my news feed so that I didn't have to see it every time I logged on there

Peaceloveandbiscuits · 01/07/2014 11:39

I wish I'd had the good sense to mark down every time I'd been sick so I could tell whether it was reducing or not. I was heaving this morning.

Ladylel · 01/07/2014 12:25

I've seen that picture it's not the nicest thing to look at fake or not, there was one that I think is frozen peas...

If like to note I have gone off anything remotely healthy or good for me. Salad is my enemy unless it's in a sandwich, veg il pick at and unless it's a banana or apple I can't be asked to eat it!

Altho to report my bowels have been absolutely fine, it's just the wind that likes to trap itself! Who's in charge of the next forum/page group. And don't forget stats page (id do it but I don't have a clue!)

LotsaTuddles · 01/07/2014 12:46

I can't even put myself on the stats so I definitely shouldn't be in charge

Peaceloveandbiscuits · 01/07/2014 13:29

I only view on my phone so I can start a thread but can't link without much faffing.

DrewsWife · 01/07/2014 13:34

morning ladies x. hope you are all well. im a snottery virus ridden wreck today. not at work tonight sadly. but in good news. hubby bought me a new iphone yayyyy. I gate his samsung galaxy.... Grin

oohdaddypig · 01/07/2014 13:37

covent that reminds me, I forgot to ask MW about the lactulose this morning at my appointment. I have an old bottle in the cupboard. I'm taking 10 ml a day at the moment.

All went well this morning at my appointment except I'm borderline anaemic already (sigh - this happens every time). So I'm starting floradix now.

I guess this is what happens when you live off coke, pork pies and crisps for 3 months....

I can't start the new thread, really I can't. I can hardly type my name. However, it should be called something like battered and bruised we limp through the second trimester.....

Well, on the bluebottle front, DH took the kitchen apart and found a dead mouse under the dishwasher. BOAK. But I think we need a maggoty one for the flies to go which means there is a dead maggoty mouse somewhere in the house. DOUBLE BOAK. My advice - don't use poison when you have mice in your house. Shock

SassehMonsta · 01/07/2014 13:40

Ill start a new thread, Im at home waiting for plumber and double glazing blokes while ny brother does my garden so just chilling

Peaceloveandbiscuits · 01/07/2014 13:50

Oohdaddy that put me right off the Pret Victoria sponge I've snuck out of work to treat myself to. Not really. Scoff.

LotsaTuddles · 01/07/2014 14:06

Ooh, someone put me in the stats Grin thank you whoever it was.

Drews, ooh New phone. I got my upgrade yesterday and got a HTC one m8, it's a bit big Grin

SassehMonsta · 01/07/2014 14:39

Doh - my stats link didnt work on new thread. Booo. Cant even link it today.!!

PolytheneGirl · 01/07/2014 14:41

Here's the Stats Link. Smile

CoventGarden75 · 01/07/2014 17:38

thanks sasseh for creating the new thread, there is still space here but for when the time comes here is the link to it Thread #5

mw appt went well, all good, got to hear the hb again Grin, i still can't believe it.

thanks pepsi and daddy, gp had prescribed 2x5ml daily and it did nothing, I have increased to 2x10ml and mw said i can go up to 2x15ml.

Ladylel · 01/07/2014 18:20

Talking about blue bottles we've been invaded. Our bedroom seems to have a minimum of 7 new flies a day, even after spraying and hoovering the gits up. Don't know where they are coming from, especially as the windows and door had been shut today!

Have to go on a nest hunt! I'm blaming hubby if it's food related mr I like to eat in bed!

merylstreepcouldplaybatman · 01/07/2014 19:07

I'm suffering with constipation too - seem go to the loo about once a week and spend the rest of the week getting progressively more and more bloated - I could pass for full term at times! I used lactulose when I was pregnant with my son, keep meaning to buy some more this time (I did find a random old bottle in the cupboard the other day but it was 2 years out of date so thought I'd better steer clear of using it!)

Is anyone else still shattered all the time? I could nap every day if I got the chance and go to bed early every night. It doesn't help that my son is going to through a phase where he wakes up and gets into our bed every night. He then has to sleep as close to me as he physically can and as cute as that is, as as the night goes on I end up hanging off the side of the bed to get a bit of space between us so I can breathe!

hanniebabes3 · 01/07/2014 19:24

Has anyone else had terrible headaches? Ive had a constant one since yesterday morning that just wont shift!! In talks of private scans mine is booked for 9am on Friday when I will be 16+7 to find out if its a boy or girl, Ive had it booked since my 12 week scan but Ive started changing my mind now but DP is having none of it hes dying to find out!! Its £65 but its in 4d so quite nervous to see ! Xx

merylstreepcouldplaybatman · 01/07/2014 19:30

yes hannie I've had loads of headaches too in this pregnancy, didn't have them with my son.

We're "in discussion" about finding out the sex - I desperately want to know but my husband doesn't as he says this is the last baby we'll have and therefore the last time to get the surprise at the birth (we found out with DS). I'm too impatient!

DrewsWife · 01/07/2014 21:08

my hubby wants to know desperately and im doing my best to avoid it... can they just tell him at the scan and not me??

Martie1 · 01/07/2014 21:22

My heart absolutely goes out to Emily and her dp. I really do hope they have good support in real life. How horrible for them. All my love emily if you are lurking.

LotsaTuddles · 01/07/2014 21:46

I've had loads of headaches too.

And still shattered all the time

htbftm · 01/07/2014 21:51

Thoughts n prayers are with Emily. Hope she's bearing up!
I've had rubbish cold/sore throat for nearly a week now, but hopefully on the mend now!

Somersetgirl1990 · 01/07/2014 22:37

Drew I think they can just tell one of you, but I wouldn't trust mine not to slip up accidentally Smile

I've just booked my private 20 week scan for thurs 17th Grin so excited but also feeling nervous - just hope everything's ok

Ladylel · 02/07/2014 07:34

I've just started to notice head aches creeping up on me, keep thinkings it by not drinking enough. Especially with the warm weather and hay fever ATM.
I wake up with them sometimes and actually have one now errgh

hanniebabes3 · 02/07/2014 09:16

Mine just feels like loads of pressure at the front of my head! And the sickness has returned? Bleughh.. Does anyone have a feeling of what they are having? This is my first baby and everyone seems to be asking if I have a feeling as to what it is?? I dont haha xx

Ladylel · 02/07/2014 10:08

I also feel sick every so often not like it used to be but just in waves.
Hanniebabes make sure you drink plenty just incase.

I would like to make a suggestion we move over to new thread sooner than later I can see a question being asked and not seen as the majority of us won't be 'here' x
