Parent of the year here - twice managed to vom in hearing range of DS, which made him cry.
5am this morning I was in the bathroom - but he could hear me. DP found him sitting outside the door crying because I was ill (I have never been "ill" where he can see me, he is almost 3 and half.
Yesterday, got home from work after 7pm, DP bathing DS... I run in, grabbed the potty out the bathroom as sickness was really bad - it had come on quite suddenly on drive home.
I hear DS say "mummy is sick" (I had tried to hide it, hence the potty rather than the toilet but had only made it half way down stairs!). DP says "yes, mummy is blowing chunks" - which DS then repeats! I would have been so angry had I not felt so ill! The boy repeats everything, why teach him such a phrase?, we are common enough as it is
8.4 weeks, I was nowhere near this poorly last time - yet I am worrying that's a bad sign. But as soon as I feel semi-human, I am worrying something is wrong - just cant win!
Hope everyone else is feeling better than me, and yay for the scans yesterday :)
