Also read the tread on parenting about deciding to stop at 2 and think those mums are the sane ones!! :) hope everyones doing ok x

I'm off to find that thread now. Feeling decidedly grim today! Knackered, freezing, mild nausea.

Thought this would be depressing reading but made me smile.

Feeling pretty dreadful all the time. Decided to cancel the OU course I've just signed up for, as already doing one with an exam in june and ot just feels way too much.

Hope everyone's ok!

Kirsty770 · 18/01/2014 23:42

Thanks Haveyou, enjoyed reading the articles, hope it turns out as well for my lot. Hope your all feeling better now.

Girlsville · 20/01/2014 13:38

Hi everyone, has nausea kicked in for anyone else yet? I am feeling so sickly and exhausted, and actually getting v short tempered now with my dds :(

Kirsty770 · 20/01/2014 20:25

Hi Girlsville, I started yesterday with really bad nausea, mostly in the afternoon, previously had it more in the evening. I'm also freezing all day and boiling all night. I'd forgotten how horrid the nausea is.

I had nausea yesterday am when i had to get up at four to get a flight for a work trip - bleurgh! Also tired and a bit grumpy.

I have also been really cold kirsty which I don't remember before (although have always caught in the summer before!)

Yay on the scan and heartbeat anna!

Hello all, checking in. All I have energy to say is urghh. Nice to see everyone's updates though.

OrangeFizz99 · 22/01/2014 11:07

haha Have. Hope you fell better soon.

Got back last night at 10pm glad to be home! Had my 6 week scan today and it was tummy not dildocam - yay! Heartbeat there, measurements ok. Nice to have that reassurance I think.

HaveYouTriedARewardChart · 22/01/2014 12:10

Exciting! Glad to hear everything's ok. I'm kind of tempted with the idea of a scan...... but nervous of it too.
DP finally plucked up the courage to tell his mum last night. She asked what the due date was and he said " I don't know..... er.... October maybe......?" Grin 8th September actually.

OrangeFizz99 · 27/01/2014 16:58

Having a minor 'how will I cope wobble' today. Work busy and dd1 has impetigo and tonsillitis!

I've been feeling dreadful these past few days, hoping it doesn't last too long. Think I was very lucky with my first 2, never felt this ill with them. Got my booking in appointment with the midwife on Thursday.

OrangeFizz99 · 28/01/2014 09:32

Me too kirsty for the midwife! Hope you start to feel better soon, my main symptoms are v v sore boobs and a feeling of tiredness all mixed up with a foggy brain.

Orange I too have sick ds1 & ds2 just now and cant begin to think how will manage with a baby, but I did feel the same when preg with ds2 and now 2 is managable so obviously 3 must be too?!

my scan is tomorrow I will be 7+ 3 !

clara85 · 01/02/2014 10:27

Ladies

just home from scan, thought i was 7+4 but am 7 weeks exactly. Saw heart beat although it wasnt nearly as clear or easy to see as my other 2 scans I had both at 8 weeks ( not sure if 1 week the difference or if I hadnt drank as much water ).

had to do an internal as there were 2 sacs, but could see straight away only 1 heartbeat although it took a while to find.

2nd sac is completley empty, nothing in it. Quite confused about how im feeling, from a quick google it doesnt mean there was a 2nd baby at all, i have had no cramping no bleedings.... but I did get a positve test very early by my dates at 3+4 so wondering if this is from higher hormone levels?

OrangeFizz99 · 01/02/2014 15:23

Ok clara that is a funny thing to see/find out. Hope you are ok with it.

Great news on the heartbeat although boo! to losing 4 days!

I had an early scan at 8 weeks with dd1 and 6 weeks with dd2 and this one. Very different experiences, other than the flickering and blob thing nothing to see at 6 weeks whereas a very obvious shape and strong easy to see heartbeat at 8 weeks. I wish they'd left me to 8 with the other two really! So I guess 7 weeks could be much more like the 6 week scan experience than the 8 week one.

Hi all
How is everyone? I am feeling sicker by the day, did not have this with either of my dds. Yuk!

OrangeFizz99 · 02/02/2014 19:19

I'm the opposite girls! Had nausea/sickness/food aversions with both dds and nothing with this one. Just exhausted and SO dopey.

Hope you find something that helps soon.

Who has everyone told? We've told close family and a couple of pals post the scan.

Kirsty770 · 03/02/2014 20:42

Hi everyone. I've told a few people, as been feeling so rough and we were planning on moving or extending so got lots of questions from people and didn't really want to lie.

I've had bleeding over the weekend, went to EPU today, had tests and a scan, they saw a heartbeat and said I was 8+2, had no real idea before that. They saw a pool of blood on the scan under the sac, but aren't sure why. Keeping an eye on me, awaiting swab results at the end of the week. Bleeding has started again but they said it might if that blood is coming out, just hope it doesn't get too heavy. There were only buds for arms and legs, should they have them at this stage? Still feeling quite rough and really tired but my youngest did have me up about 10 times and tried to get in my bed through the night.
