as for prams I love prams have had about 100you name it its likely I have had it lol!

I am going for a pliko pramette here just hoping its still that price in December as will get it after my 12 week scan :)

They are over on the RCM June thread Sadly Pjen has had a scan and there are two empty sacks and London has been bleeding quite a bit but had a scan this afternoon and at the moment no news.

Hi folks, I've just been lurking a bit but ms has kicked in so I'm starting to believe it all a bit more now so thought I'd join in -6 weeks today so getting comfy at the back of the bus. Also big hello to Kitty and Drama, another for amh here but there is a mlu at peterhead which is raved about.

cheesy I had exactly the same with my booking in appointment but luckily swapped for the next week.

bludger I don't know anyone who dislikes their Cameleon. The bee is a bit marmite. Was ideal for first DC when I lived on a bus route and with narrow pavements everywhere. A lot better here.

wispa I adore the Buffalo. No real need for it as I would rarely go off-road but I love the fact it folds better than the Cameleon. If I can find a Buffalo on offer or second hand I will definitely get one!

I just went to see "Sunshine on Leith" with my dm and dd. fab wee film. One of my colleagues dd's is in it so was lovely seeing her dd.
My own dd loves drama and think seeing this film in her home town as really inspired her to do more drama! Smile

I have just starting spotting Confused.

Have spent last two hours googling madly. I think it could be post-sex normal bleed But although loads of sites mention that you can get spotting after sex during pregnancy as the cervix is... more delicate, or something..., none of them mention how LONG after. My husband and I had sex yesterday morning and I only saw the spotting at about 6pm tonight.

Opinions please...?

So hard to tell Sarah if it's brown it could be from that but if red I would say perhaps not but it's so very hard to tell. If it's just spotting I would try not to worry too much though :)

SarahAnderson, I've never had spotting but I know it can happen after sex. It softens the cervix I think.
If it's spotting rather than bleeding, I would try not to worry. I went into labour prematurely on my son at 34 weeks last time and I had had sex with DH that morning.

Not to scare any of you into celibacy - he probably needed to arrive anyway as he wasn't gaining weight (he was a teeny 3lb 14 when he was born) but I won't be engaging in any romantic business with DH after about 20 weeks this time.

Liquidambar, how preemie was your baby?

First appointment with my obstetrician here today. I'm pretty nervous as my tummy has been very crampy for the last 24 hours. I think I'm 8+4. Really hoping they do a scan.

Sarah try not to worry too much especially if it's just spotting. Have a good rest

adaloveslace ds was 35 and he had a good weight and no breathing problems. However he wasn't feeding very well and he was jaundice 2 days after he was born. We stayed in hospital 10 days and he was in the incubator under some special light (UV?? can't remember)
Was there any reason for your preem to be born at 34? I was only told this things can happen. .. the unknown makes me very upset. Angry

So sorry pjen. Look after yourself and thinking of you. Hope you have the support you need.
There has been so much sad news on this and the July thread this week. FX everyone starts feeling better soon.

So I had agreed to treat myself with my final CB test this morning. I would like too see the illusive 3+ weeks, and this lull waiting for the midwife to call me is taking forever. Only, when I woke up, I was so desperate I ran to the toilet before there was an accident and forgot to piac. Never mind - guess there's always tomorrow!

My symptoms have lifted a bit....I know it shouldn't, but that in itself is always worrying.

I need this to start feeling real soon!

Anyone got an early scan or booking in today?

jaykay my symptoms change literally every day! when I have a symptomless day I tend to panic and then seems to come back with a vengeance! 10 weeks on Sunday and still doesn't feel real yet......

Winstanleys pram world have the xplory at a good price wispa I already have a bug cam 2007 limited ed denim with black chassis, a mountain buggy, a coachbuilt and a maclaren starck buggy from last baby but will be getting rid of those and getting a bug bee plus in all black.

So sorry for the troubles/losses/heartache on here right now.... many of us have experienced mc/loss but that doesn't make it any easier to know what to say

It seems we shall be the weirdos in the corner on this one, but DP and I are going to try to go without a pram and just use a Manduca sling. Might get some sort of light, simple thing to push when they get older, if we feel like we need it, but I'm all about the attachment parenting philosophies at the minute

Woke up in the night in agony with stomach pains. Have rung doctor who is ringing me back - no other symptoms so hoping it's just indigestion but my goodness it hurts!!
