I'm currently doing the beginner programme. It tells me that 4 times a day I must do the following: clench my kegals so that the clenching takes about 1.5 seconds, release immediately but the release should also take this long. Repeat 10 times consecutively.

When we can do that smoothly, we shall see what the next programme holds!

Fox, once you get one you'll wonder how you ever lived without it. Mine does everything. It's my phone, camera, computer, diary, Walkman, map of the world, satnav, library and source of every bit of information I could ever need. All in one handy package.

I'm a bit worried about eating rare steak but after all the steak chat I'm dying for one! I refuse to eat steak any other way so was just planning on avoiding it.

Gum's no good anything with nicotine in, makes me need a fag. I got given nicotine spray about 2 months ago and it was so bad I had to smoke almost a whole pack of cigs to make me feel better.

But Lyra I have a phone and a camera and a computer and a diary and a library (nearby). I don't have a Walkman, but my car has a radio. I would like the satnav, I'll give you that. I would have LOVED all this if it was around when I was a teenager. I had one of the first MP3 players when I was about 14. It held 2 songs .
