just been reading some of the previous threads, dragonhart if you want to know anything about children's optometrics, feel free to ask as i used to work as an optometric clinical assistant and if i don't know something i can find it out in my notes. how's your DS doing now? i know something like this can be worrying, but squints are really normal and sometimes don't even affect the sight as the brain compensates! as for your DS giving the optom a dirty look, i am not suprised! dilating drops feel really wierd when they're put in (we all had to be dilated as part of our course!)......and you're right, he probably couldn't see very well afterwards as the eye works at different distances by the dilation and constriction of the pupil, so no wonder he was bumping into things! bless him! god i'm so bored.....why isn't it five o' clock yet?? spose i'd better do some work....

Hi Guys - just to let you know there is a new aqua natal class at Belfairs pool in Leigh, Essex for anyone nearby. Its a great way to exercise and to strengthen muscles for labour. We go to a cafe after for lunch/coffee so pretty social too.x x
