Wow!! What a busy few days!
Had our scan yesterday and it was fantastic! The bed had a screen over it, which there wasn't when I had the last 2 and the sonographer talked us through everything she was doing and looking for and everything was as it should be. I was so happy I cried, I'd got myself in a right state beforehand. Baby is a little bigger then average, but with my history no surprise, very long legs like ds2 had
We are another for team.........BLUE!!! We are very pleased our lovely boys will be having a baby brother. We've decided not to tell anyone that we know what our baby is, so you are very priviliged
We managed not to let it out last time. We have a name picked out and I want this for my new little fella.
My mum was discharged yesterday
We went to visit before our scan and again after and then she was discharged in the early evening, very happy about that.
The Olympics was amazing! We only saw one GB silver medal, but the GB crews won all the semis we saw, so watch out for those finals today!
Great news about all the other scans
You're all so organised with your ML plans. I only work on supply, so I'll stop when I've had enough. I think I'm only going to do half days after the holidays . Clarella Check the sick leave rules for teaching, when I had ds1 in 2003, it was 34 weeks and your leave was started automatically, but when I had ds2 in 2005 it was up to 36 weeks. I think I'm entitled to maternity allowance, but have no idea how to go about claiming it
Hope everyone is feeling well, feeling lots of kicks and getting some sleep
