Hi everyone!

I think I did this correctly! Eeeek! Probably not Blush I think we still have a few messages to go on the old one, so it's here for when we're ready :)

StrawberrytallCAKE · 23/07/2012 21:28

Hello - mw's phone Is still off so no results for me yet. I've got my scan tomorrow at 2 and then a clinic appointment straight afterwards. I'm very worried, please keep your fingers crossed for the very wriggly little girl in my tummy.

StrawberrytallCAKE · 23/07/2012 21:29

Grin at all these babies kicking at the same time.

HoneyMum21 · 23/07/2012 21:30

Hi everyone

Fingers crossed for you tomorrow Strawberry

Welcome and congratulations Mazza

COD what time is you scan mine is 9.30 think we have the same day, I can not wait to find out if we have a little boy or little girl.

Well not sure if I should say this out loud but I am starting to feel a whole lot better sickness is down to a few times a day and at last I can eat.

Hope everyone is feeling ok.

ISpyPlumPie · 23/07/2012 22:28

Good luck Strawberry.

Been making the most of the nice weather today - spent the afternoon skimming stones with DS at the pond, then he decided we were "going on a bear hunt" through the woods. Hope the forecasts are wrong and the sunshine lasts a for a bit longer than one week!

JoJoB77 · 23/07/2012 22:31

Hope all is well at the scan tomorrow Strawberry.

HoneyMum21 · 23/07/2012 22:35

Anyone else found instead of growing gradually their bump is staying te same for ages the. 'popping' again? I popped a couple of weeks ago and assumed I'd then grow gradually but I hadnt changed for a couple of weeks then today have seemed to pop again and got noticeable bigger all at once! Does that make sense? Anyone else had that?!!
Really anxious about scan on wed but trying to focus on seeing little one again!

CODwidow · 23/07/2012 22:56

cherrypie mine is 30/7 at 3:20pm I can't wait either Grin

StaceymReadyForNumber3 · 24/07/2012 07:12

I hope your scan goes on stawberry

Instead of enjoying nice weather I am back to work :( really don't wanna be but ho hum!

And my kids aren't even here and I'm awake at 7 am, rubbish! Ah well washing to put out and more washing to put on. The joys!! ( gosh I'm being rather negative today!!)

On the plus side went to zumba last night and thoroughly enjoyed it even though it was really hot. DH is working away tomo do I can get in a daytime zumba too if I'm feeling ok. Then thurs us my nail appointment and fri is our scan Grin

SpottyTeacakes · 24/07/2012 07:13

Good luck with all the scans today Smile

EggsMichelle · 24/07/2012 07:14

Good morning! A mini lay in until 6.30 was quite nice, first time in ages my alarm has woken me up!

Back to work today, no more lazy days for me, as much as I appear to be encouraged to take as much time off as possible Grin

Good luck for all the scans today, looking forward to hearing good results.

Now it's time for me to get in a very hot shower, the dial has broken and I cant cool it down Sad

MyDaydream · 24/07/2012 07:58

Good luck for today strawberry, fingers crossed for you and baby.
Hope everyone else has good scans today too.
Last night was the first night in ages I've not got up for a wee, woke up worried I must have wet myself! DP did wake me up with SIX alarms between 6 and 6.18!
Going to my first aqua natal class today, just worried everyone will be miles bigger than me and I'll just look tubby.

honeytea · 24/07/2012 08:37

good luck today strawberry, fingers crossed al is well with your wiggly girly :)

So many kicks happening!

It's my 2nd scan today to try and see the rest of the arteries, hopefull the little man will be a little more cooperative. I have to frink 4-5 glasses of water before I go in so they can get a better veiw. I am going to need a wee so much!

itsMYNutella · 24/07/2012 08:53

Morning everyone.
Not much going on here, very jealous of the wriggly babies. Tis one is still very quiet. 17+4 today so hopefully soon I'll start feeling more...

Thinking of you Strawberry , hope all goes well later. Can you bypass the midwife phone? Perhaps someone at the Doctors can provide another number or contact them so that she turns the bloomin thing back on?

WeeJo08 · 24/07/2012 09:52

Morning everyone! It is HOT today. Absolutely no breeze either - feels so much warmer already than yesterday! I am glad that when we are all much bigger it won't be warm like this! Thanks for all the advice and reassurance yesterday - had a little listen to Shnarf last night on the Doppler and was comforted further by the galloping horses of his/her heartbeat! Grin Hopefully on Friday we will actually be able to use either his or her!

Strawb Hope it all goes well today, thinking of you and sending positive vibes. Can't believe that about the MW though...what's the point in giving out her number if she never bloody has it on?!

Honeytea Good luck with the second scan today - can sympathise with the bladder issues - I went to the loo 6 times before I left the house this morning and was still dying for a wee the minute my foot hit the pavement!

COD and EggsMichelle Eeeeeeee! It's so exciting when DHs/DPs get to feel the kicks for the first time! Grin Makes it all very real!

Cookiesandcream06 · 24/07/2012 10:19

Best of luck strawberry I really hope all goes well.

Dropped DD off early and went for a swim- over half a mile and I'm feeling so refreshed now sunning myself in the garden with my book Grin BLISS. I could get used to being signed off!

Yey for all the kicks, DP has been feeling a few now too, although the little madam usually chooses to save her best ones for 2 seconds after her daddy removes his hand!

Stacks · 24/07/2012 10:55

DH sat patiently on the safe with me last night with his hand on my bump while watching TV. Littleun gave a sharp enough kick DH visibly jumped Grin he felt lots more kicks last night, but was sat there for an hour or so with his hand wedged down the front of my trousers :)

My scan is tomorrow! I'm actually really excited for it, and not yet nervous at all. I'm very much focusing on the fact that this is a chance to see the bean again, and to find out if it's a little elf or fairy (it definitely seems to be a footballer either way!)

Good luck strawberry, and to everyone with scans today.

HoneyMum21 · 24/07/2012 12:11

Jealous of all of you getting proper kicks :( My little bump seems to refuse to move sundays and mondays just to make me worry, but when he does move he doesn't seem to be kicking so much as still just moving about. Does that sound normal? I generally feeling totally fed up today. Bump has properly popped so feeling very fat (and worried that bump has grown too much), i didn't sleep last night as was worriying so boss has sent me home as i looked like i was going to pass out with exhaustion. And i'm really scared about the scan tomorrow. Sorry for mammoth moan.

minipie · 24/07/2012 12:13

I haven't felt anything yet Sad bit worried. I have anterior placenta so that will slow things down but even so I'd have hoped to have felt something by now (20+4).

Barbeasty · 24/07/2012 12:45

Mobilis- when I commented to the sonographer that I wasn't feeling much, and certainly not the very visible movement during the scan, she said it was early days and completely fine. Even on my 2nd and with a posterior placenta.
Honeytea- how big are the glasses? I didn't drink the 2 pints I was told to (compromised on 1.5) after squashing the baby 1st time. My bladder was described as nice and full.

Good luck this afternoon Strawberry. Does your midwife work out of a hospital or anything? Could you leave a message for her? Or do results get copied to your GP?
