Welcome 1g1u - we are a nice bunch! Smile

Hugs to Frizbe and Helen - you'll be there soon - still giving you painfree labour vibes. Grin

Thanks jasnem, got a feeling it's never coming out! well not of it's own free will anywayWink

Frizbetheexpansionset · 02/03/2006 19:13

Thanks Jas, I know what Helen means, have eaten a whole fresh pineapple today, split between dinner and tea, its already helped clear me out Blush but bar that nothing else, however really hoping dd's prediction of tomorrow for a birth is a good one Grin failing that relying on midwife to get me started.....

Thell · 02/03/2006 22:29

Come on girls! We're here to cheer you on when you get started!! [waves MNet flag]

My waters broke the night after dh and i went for a longish walk - but then i'm sure it wouldn't have happened unless she was cooked and ready. you could also take the view that it was probably the nice dinner we had at cafe rouge after the walk what dunnit !Wink

Helen38 · 03/03/2006 07:29

Just checking in as may not get on again today.

Fingers crossed for your sweep frizbe, have got overdue appt at hos to talk about induction this am.

Lets get these babies out Grin

Frizbetheexpansionset · 03/03/2006 09:24

Helen, really hope you don't have to go for induction {{{Hugs}}}

Have had intermittant cramps since 4am, didn't get up tho, as dh was sleeping very lightly and would have gotten up with me, so suffered lying down....also feeling very sicky.....roll on the MW getting here, and telling me something nice like I'm already dilating!

Frizbetheexpansionset · 03/03/2006 12:47

Well midwife's been I'm 2cm dilated and sweep has been done, fingers x'd bump is out this weekend....if not I have to go to bloody hospital clinic on Monday, as they want to transfer me to consultant care, as they have no room to induce me next weekend, when they should be doing and now want to take extra care of me due to my bloody anemia.......which has been caused by their balls ups in the 1st place! so they may induce me early, but have to have a consultant to ok this.......oh I really hope I pop this weekend now! Shock

Frizbetheexpansionset · 03/03/2006 20:07

Helen, come on girl, tonight must be the night for us both Grin its snowing outside, and if we have a dd, we're going to call here Neve, latin for snowy, so it surely must be a sign Grin

Frizbetheexpansionset · 04/03/2006 02:11

Oh hurrah! getting contractions!! Grin roughly every 15mins at the mo, but its a start right!!

Frizbetheexpansionset · 04/03/2006 05:41
