So I POAS and oh, wow, it's positive!
From my online calculating, that puts the due date at Jan 20th, ish, 2013.

This will be my second, DS is currently 20 months old.

I'm so exciiiiiiiiiiited and I can't tell anyone yet! Also, I am looking for a new job and we're talking about buying a house. Crazy, moi?

Still doesn't seem real to me. Not been pregnant for 10 years as its DS birthday on Friday.

Hi all, am feeling fluey too - sore throat, runny nose and shivery... Am 5+2.
Also SO TIRED! Slept 3 hours yesterday afternoon and had a 2 hour nap today and about 9/10 hours each night. Dreading work tomorrow with no nap! No sickness but definitely squidgy/round(er) tummy as well and occasional twinges (which might be gas/food related... ahem).

Hey all, hope everyone had a good weekend. I am sick as a dog :( have been having 2 hour afternoon naps, and can't eat much. Dreading work tomorrow. On the plus side, had our private scan yesterday, baby is gorgeous still with a lovely strong heartbeat :)

Have my booking in appt tomorrow, excited about that, and only 4 weeks on Thursday until the 12 week scan! :D

So, who is finding out the flavour? We definitely are. Did with ds, and both from a we are far too impatient to wait, as well as a practical standpoint, can't wait to again. Fingers crossed our pink sway has worked, but a snuggly, lovely boy will be just as loved :)

hi bunty, sorry to see you're feeling so sick. still no proper symptoms to speak of in the crafty camp, apart from a little tiredness and sore boobs! I almost want to feel sick, would make it seem a bit more real...!

Hi! Can I join too please? I got a positive last night...this would be my second baby, DD currently 3.5 years old. Due 25 Jan. Planned, but conceived in the first cycle, so a bit dazed at the moment. No symptoms as yet, bracing myself for the first hit of nausea and heartburn, which I had all through my last pregnancy.

Congrats to sebsmama and greedy piggy.

Yay, I have an early reassurance scan on Saturday!!!! I was going to have wait until 2 July!

Bunty - I want to find out but DH says no, and I'm a terrible secret-keeper so will have to be patient. Hmph. I don't mind what flavour we have, though a girl would be less daunting I think, since I have a vague idea of what to do with them! I'd like to have one of each eventually though.

I've been sooooo tired today. Was really busy at work which didn't help. No time to just sit and relax a bit. Oh well, here's hoping for a quiet evening!

Woke up at 4am with horrible pains in my lower abdomen... telling myself they're growing pains. Feel knackered and ever so slightly sick today.

I fell down the stairs today such a silly thing but it scared me soo much luckily DH was there. No spotting fingers crossed

Booked in with Drs it's 10 weeks or more here so 19th June and it's community midwife scheme anyone ever have one of those what's the difference x

How frightening boutique - hope no bruises. Spotting cleared up again, but tummy ache. Crossing fingers and taking it easy.

My sickness is awful today, lost my lunch at work. Booking in was fun though :) makes it all real!

I'm feeling the nausea real bad tonight... Had to run out of the lounge in fear of seeing my dinner again, but somehow I managed to control it with the window open, stripping off, deep breathing, and lemon water (which seems to be a God send for me) acupuncture has been keeping it at bay, else I know I'd be vomiting (sorry if tmi)
Maybe a suggestion for anyone else who is suffering?

please may I join? Just woken up and threw up everywhere so decided it was time to take the clearblue digital test. 2-3 weeks pregnant.

Had a couple of faint lines at the weekend but didn't really believe it tbh

Totally new to this game so no idea what comes next. But can someone please tell me I won't feel this sick for long even if it's a lie?

Any tips for getting through a 3 hour meeting at 9am tomorrow gratefully received

Hi newbies January is going to be a busy month!
I've not got a clue what's happening to me, seem to have stopped bleeding after 5 days and yesterday and today I feel so sick. I have gone from eating all day to not being able to eat anything. Not been sick but very very queasy. What has everyone found actually helps?
I have gone from confident im having my 3rd mc to having some hope. We will see thurs at scan.

Hi all! After some addictive lurking can I join in?

Been ttc number 1 since Feb and started spotting 19 days into this cycle so did a test (suspecting implantation) and got a really really faint positive. Decided to give it until AF was properly overdue and test again but spotting has carried on ever since. Convinnced myself it would be a chemical pregnancy because of contant spotting, but did Clear Blue this miorning and it said 2-3 weeks so I guess my HCG or HGC or whatever it is is rising.

Don't really know what to make of it all now - trying to find a doctors appt for this week and see if I can find out more.

So - a tentative wehay and hello, but also very nervous!!

Hi everyone and welcome to those who joined after I last posted. Am nearly 8 weeks and the cheesy-queasyness is getting worse and worse. I can't eat anything without feeling terrible for a couple of hours afterwards. No actual vomit but I think I might prefer that. Can anyone tell me if being sick makes you feel any better afterwards?

I have been using DS's naptime for my own sleep catch up, I am knackered.

It was never this bad last time.

Booking in with MW on sunday, something to look forward to at least.
