Early poas-er seeks other December 2012 due dates

StrawberrytallCAKE · 24/03/2012 16:03

I've just had the official confirmation from my digital clearblue test after many a faint line. I have calculated my due date as 5th December and conception started with a curry, how much information am I supposed to share? Boobs aren't sore yet, just a bit bigger. Have had a horrific cold/flu/sore throat for a week and I am very very irrational.

Anyone else out there?

I'm due 9th Dec :)

PurplePidjINRE · 05/04/2012 19:19

acjfluff · 05/04/2012 19:35

Very!! Have been having light cramps on and off and didn't realise it happens a lot til I read on here how many others having the same. Phew!

QueenandKingMum · 05/04/2012 19:50

Evening girls - how is everyone doing? I just feel so wiped out, I am a childminder and feel very drained after a full day of it.

PurplePidjINRE · 05/04/2012 19:54

Yep, every time I need a wee Shock

smongesmonge · 05/04/2012 20:23

Hi everyone. I've not been feeling well the past few days, I have a heavy head cold, my breasts are sore, I feel like I've been kicked in the stomach, I'm a little nauseas (sp?), and my bum and thighs are aching from my gym session a few days ago Shock!! Really only my arms and lower legs feel ok!

Also ds has been a pain today, making me think I'm crazy for making another one Grin.

I don't know anything about heart murmers. Fingers crossed for you Pru.

Ds is 5.5 so he'll have turned 6 when dc2 arrives. I haven't bought any books either. Strangely I'm not excited this time, I was sooo excited with ds.

backwardpossom · 05/04/2012 20:27

Strangely I'm not excited this time, I was sooo excited with ds.

I can relate to this! I wonder if it's the 'omg what have we done' feeling... DS is crazy on his own!

lauraloo09 · 05/04/2012 20:52

Hi

I'm feeling rough but only with a cough and cold Dh and I have caught from DD1 who has taken to waking up Too Early because of it.

I'm feeding her at 515 wondering if I'm really up for sleepless nights again so soon! Just feeling sorry for myself.

I've got no pregnancy symptoms yet but didn't with dd1 either. I'm only 6 weeks and must remember to book in to see Dr soon. What does the Dr say/do? I can't remember even though DD is only 10 months!

I had a calm almost home birth last time but ended with a third degree tear. Took longer to recover but probly not much longer than my cs friends. I'm hoping for another natural maybe home birth this time.

QueenandKingMum · 06/04/2012 06:48

Morning, everyone - I am still so shattered. Feel like I didn't sleep at all, full of cold still. I will need a nap today, thank goodness it's a bank holiday, hope my older ones let me rest. Yawn.

PurplePidjINRE · 06/04/2012 07:24

Brew for those in need

Sosandso, mine checked I was happy about it and supported, made sure I came off my medication (for acne, and already had for other reasons!), did bp and listened to my heart. Apparently the midwives will be in touch.

Yay I said something useful!

Chloe55 · 06/04/2012 07:45

pru wow nothing like your doc scaring u half to death! Sad I am sure there are plenty of women with heartmurmurs that carry through to full term-if it helps I have known a few dogs with heart murmurs that have had little effect on their lives (I'm a vet nurse). I'm sorry, I can't remember who said they are a childminder and I'm on my phone so can't check. I childminded with my last pregnancy which didn't end successfully unfortunately but I can appreciate how tiring it is, early starts and late finishes then all the paperwork on top. Make the most of the play gyms Wink

Off to a wedding in bonnie Scotland today-feel sick as a dog this morning and constant cramps and backache are scaring the shit out of me, also got to try and pretend all weekend that I am having drinks and getting drunk with the rest of them-my friends wouldn't believe an antibiotic story or not drinking coz ttc story in a million years-let's see how good an actress I can be Grin

PurplePidjINRE · 06/04/2012 08:43

My cat has a heart murmur, Chloe55, but she's been speyed so I don't know what effect it would have on pg. She's 5 now and won't bloody leave me alone at the moment - I'm sure she can smell the Sprout!

I'd be interested to hear your tactics for boozy weekends, we're off to a car show next weekend so I have four days camping among boozers to get through...

cakelover75 · 06/04/2012 09:11

Hello everyone, I'd like to add my name to the list please? I'm due approx the 1st of December :o

I'm absolutely thrilled to be pregnant so quickly (2nd month of trying) but I'm quite pessimistic about it as it feels like it's been too easy if that makes any sense??
Anyways, I have loved hearing everyone announcing their news on this thread as it has made me feel much, much more positive and excited.

Congrats to us all [bugrin]

About me, I already have a DD who is 2 and 2 months. First pregnancy was a breeze, I was extremely lucky - we even went to New York when I was 26 weeks pregnant! Looking forward to hearing everyone's updates.

Prunella79 · 06/04/2012 09:27

if cats and dogs can deal with heart murmurs then by golly i can too![bugrin].

chickissimma · 06/04/2012 11:54

Yay, go pru! And hello cake.
purple there's a thread in Pregnancy full of top tips for this situation. I'll need some myself in a couple of weeks - boozy dinner with old friends. Am thinking of just telling them as I know they'll guess anyway. Btw, you deserve that Easter chocolate for your fab name change Smile.

PurplePidjINRE · 06/04/2012 12:05

Thanks, issi! I think I got it wrong, though, isn't it Iesus Nazareth Rex Iudorum? [bublush] is the voting list up yet?

pleasebethismonth · 06/04/2012 12:44

Hello to all the new people! This thread really is filling up which is great. I thoroughy enjoy reading everyone's different experiences.

I'm now 6 weeks and symptoms are slowly creeping in, a little nauseous and quite tired so glad of a rest this weekend. Just about to coax dd 1 to bed for a little nap...................!

Hope everyone is able to enjoy the Easter break too.

Backward- did you do your digi?
Pru- when are you seeing the doc again?- really hope everything is ok for you

kalidasa · 06/04/2012 17:14

Oh dear, I've just had a small amount of pink-tinged cf when I wiped. Having a big panic about it because I have already had two v. early losses this year. Really don't want this to happen all over again!

If anyone has reassuring stories of spotting in earlier successful pregnancies I'd be very grateful. I know it can be normal but it's hard to believe when I lost the other ones.

Stacks · 06/04/2012 17:17

Hi everyone. I sort of joined the disappeared! I was on holiday, and unfortunately the snow broke e Internet. Back now, and will try and keep up more. I must say I'm pretty worried at my lack of symptoms, apart from apparent insomnia. I really hope it's not a bad sign. Will check in with the doctor next week and hopefully get an early scan. Really want to see a heartbeat ASAP.

Chloe55 · 06/04/2012 17:21

kalidasa I have bled with all my pregnancies one of them resulted in my gorgeous ds the other 2 not so well, I wiped away pink tinged cm on Tuesday but am desperately trying not to worry about it. It is normal-particularly in these early stages, could just be baby bedding in, try not to worry - hah, like that will ever happen, eh? Wink
