Hope everything goes ok chick I had breakthrough bleeding with my DC2 at eight weeks so bleeding can be ok although it frightened me to death. The EPU is the best place to have your fears put to rest.

daisy I saw your original post as a lurker and totally sypathised as I am expecting DC3 and have had two weeks of blind panic. DC3 was planned but planning and it happening are two very different things! Feeling very different symptom wise with this pregnancy. How about you?

I started bleeding this morning. NHS direct advised early pregnancy detection unit but called to find needed a referral. Went to my local A&E at Trafford and I've had an examination and blood test. Back later for Dildocam but I'm just over 5 weeks so I prob won't see a heartbeat anyway. Ache like normal period so I think it's gone. Not optimistic at all. DH has been great. Just so hormonal I keep blubbing and its really annoying as I just want to be able to discuss what's going on without filling up. Anyway better get back to hospital.

Its only been a few days since I logged on last and it has taken me several hours to catch up on all the talk! It seems to have been a rollercoaster of events and motions for everyone.

BottleRed76 - I am thinking of you, I hope it all works out.

I have been having slight twinges very now and then, sometimes on the left and then on the right but no discharge/bleeding. Is this normal? I am still very early days 4 + 6 and it's my first so I seem to be jumping at anything my body does that is out of character.

Will try to check in more regularly so it doesnt take me hours to catch up.

Hi all
Have just had a BFP - completely unexpected, we were going to start trying in the summer! I'm 35 and this will be DC2 (DD is 19 mo) and my EDD is 30th Nov. I panicked a lot a bit at first, thinking 'I'm not ready for this', but am now settling into the idea and getting excited...

Sending the most positive thoughts I can to anyone who is having any kind of problems at the moment....It's such a scary time, and to me, it feels like an entire lifetime until I get my dating scan. Until then, I can't quite believe that this is all real.

bottlered & thechick hope your both okay and my fingers are crossed for you both!

Hope everyones feeling good day and enjoying more sunshine.

Been feeling not to ill or tierd this morning thank god but did have a very bad little dose of rage and all I got was a hug and we'll talk about it another day, no I wanted to ARGUE now, but have calmed down and now think oops maybe that was a tiny but OTT.
My boobs hardly hurt at all today :) woo but sickness still comes on strong :(. Have my first antenatal this week and excited, hoping to be sent for a dating scan!

After reading on here about The Baby Show, think I'm going to go along, anyone else been before and think ita good or not? Or anyone planning on going to?

I've been scaring myself silly reading the 'count the kicks' thread. Fantastic thread but I wonder how I managed to concieve, gestate or birth DD at all!!!! It seems that so much is bound to go wrong. :(

I have, however, found that my free preggo app has a kick counter & there are loads of free ones on the app market, so shall make sure this little bundle of joy is monitored well!!!

Off to eat again as the nausea is returning...

Hi,

Well its 11.24pm here and I just got home after spending 5 hours in A&E, I had some bleeding and I am rheus negative (sorry dont know how to spell that) and so I knew i need the anti-d injection. Bah! I'm knackered and starving hungry.

Scan tomorrow morning at 9am, eight weeks tomorrow so I am hoping it will all be fine and dandy. x

Had a viability scan at lunchtime and the news is fantastic. My first ever viable pregnancy . Heartbeat was 163, and size correct for my dates.

babycentre forum I registered and posted a time or two but it's too slow moving for me, and very flipping awkward to navigate I found, have given up. I tried babyandbump - joined again on different name to leave my infertility past behind me and they banned me! feckers.

I've persuaded DH to take me to the Baby Show at the NEC. We looked at some prams on Saturday but I want to push a few given they cost about a third of what O spent on my car!

That's weird that people have gone off Coke. It's the only thing that saves me at the moment. I try not to have more than one can a day as it is the full fat full caff variety but it really does help. That and bbq beef supernoodles which have become my lunch-embarassing admission!
