I'm from London.

Went to see the dr today. All was fine. Should get a mw appointment through the post for when I'm about 8 weeks.

I'm very vey tired today, I had a bit of a late night thurs and fri, late being 9pm and then about 8.30 yesterday and that has really wiped me out. Should really have an early one tonight.

There's no food I really feel like at the mo. Last week I was having really strong urges for different things but now I could easily just drink Ribena all day. Hope everyone is good.

I am feeling very cold too it's been so lovely here in the sun, but I feel cold in the house, I'm sure DH thinks I'm crazy
Currently laying on the sofa with a blanket, should be bliss, but I'm feeling very nauseous too .

Right I am guessing chickenspots isn't going to come on and I know that you are all concerned, so I hope she won't mind me telling you that she thinks it was a chemical pregnancy

had my first maccy d's today also a quarter pounder duluxe and it was bloody lovely but wasnt lovely just a little while ago coming back up!!!! (fucking morning sickness my ass) its all bloody day! well thought i found my miracle earlier with ginger biscuits.

but forgot to take them out with me..............IDIOT!!!!

had lovely day over the park with mother and DD was a beautiful day and i cant help people watching. soooooo many pregnant people i cant help but smile when i see a heavily pregnant women!!!

Doing pretty well foof. Just been to see the hunger games movie (excellent) and trying to think about anything but the scan I have booked or Monday :s

Sorry chickenspots that really does suck. It's hard, but if its any consolation at all (and it may not be this early on) I ovulated on day 15 after starting to bleed with my chem pg & now I'm pregnant. Really really hope you get a sticky bean soon xx

Looked it up about the smear - apparently not at all harmful but cervical changes during pg can make it difficult to spot changes in the cells so they recommend waiting until 12wks after birth. I checked on the NHS website so will let the GP know - it was only 3yrs ago in April so it can wait another year.

I am also getting freezing cold & the shakes & bingeing on protein. Read that your protein requirements go up 15-20% in the first trimester so perhaps that's why, but just wish it was healthy protein, not just bacon, burger, chicken burger desires!!

Hi Essexwelsh, I called NHS direct the furst time t happened to me. They were great, really reassuring and directed me to the services that were open at weekends. The number is 0845 46 47. Fingers crossed for you that it's nothing to worry about and stops soon.

I have been told to call doctors during day time if I need to, if not out of hours GP. If I can't get through on these numbers the advice is to call the hospital switchboard and ask to speak to a gynaecology nurse.

Hope it is nothing serious.

No don't wait. If you are concerned call somewhere now, to put your mind at ease if nothing else. Try nhs direct or out of hours gp.

Called nhs direct, very lovely, they are getting the out of hours go to call within the hour, just so gutted, sorry for details but it was a bleed then just passed a small clot, so not hopeful
