Hello ladies! I can't wait to see how many No Brooking babies arrive during the course of this thread!! Do you realise we have now filled SEVEN threads (and that's just the graduates!) That's 7000 posts and counting!

Let's all get settled in for some serious No Brooking, we have a lot of painless sneeze births to get through over the next couple of weeks!

Oh dream Shock Why do people like that have kids? And if they find no.1 such a "hassle" , why have no.2? Shock Confused

scarletfingernail · 19/03/2012 15:29

Sad dream it's horrible isn't it. I hate sitting in the hospital waiting rooms for that reason. It's so hard to not judge people, but sometimes I just feel so sorry for their children. What chance have they got? Sad
I always seem to get someone stinky sit down next to me too

I'm brooking that both twins are fine.

And good luck with the Reg Dream - could you tell much yourself from listening to the monitoring or do you need the Reg to interpret it? (I have no idea as it's easy to know when it's only one baby being monitored - no idea how it works for twins?)

McPopcornMouseNFries · 19/03/2012 17:09

:o biscuits maybe he just needs some calorific Cadbury's Creme Egg via your boobie milk Wink

How did the monitoring go, dream?

Grin at Biscuits. I did almost type except for the time that Biscuits sat next to me, but I thought that went without saying. I'm sure that all of us brookers are always fragrant Grin

Great that you and E have been discharged from the MW. Do you have to go back and see your GP about your tear? Who checks on that for you now?

Biscuitsandtea · 19/03/2012 18:10

If I recall Scarlet I may have even brushed my hair that day - you should feel honoured!

The mw had a check today on the stitch situation and said it all looked ok sofas, but if it hurts again when I've finished the antibiotics to go back to the doc. And then I guess I have my 6 week check so I presume they'll check there?

TooImmatureTurtleDoves · 19/03/2012 20:00

Yay for being discharged, Biscuits! Excellent work on the weight-gain.

Bloody MW didn't come and didn't answer her phone either. No fricking idea what's going on. We've to go to the hospital tomorrow at 10.30 for the repeat blood tests. FX for a nice drop in bilirubin levels... DH wants to go into work afterwards and show Maia off, if all is well.

Popcorn and Cakes, hurray for 12 week scan appts!

Dream, how is it going? Any news yet?

DreamingOfPeace · 19/03/2012 20:36

will be back- just escaped after 6 hours on the ward!!!!!!! Babies fine, but my BH are so strong and regular on the CTG they wanted to admit me for ? early labour- I have had to promise I'm not in labour and to go back for another ctg tomorrow (which of course I'm debating not doing in case I get interned!!!!) Plus, twin 2 bloody moved!!! Transverse to head down, in the hospital, on the ctg- I have stopped feeling sick, not been sick, and can feel him move Grin

Missed lunch and starving so back after grub

NinjaChipmunk · 19/03/2012 20:39

well I have read it all but I'm buggered if I can remember what you lot have been on about.
I have also forgotten what I was going to say so thats not much help either!

In that case I'll be back back when my brain resumes normal service.
Hope everyone is well x

TooImmatureTurtleDoves · 19/03/2012 21:04

Grin at Ninja

Dream, excellent news re Twin 2! Hurray for a head-down baby, no puking and tangible movements! Ooo-er re the BH, though. How do they feel now?

farfallarocks · 20/03/2012 10:14

dream great news about twin 2 and so pleased you are feeling better.

I am loving reading all about big bumps, babies, feedling, fanjos (less so)
We really need some more BFPs on here or I will be on here solo with pop in a few weeks!

Feeling pretty grim and tired which I am pleased about :)

Biscuitsandtea · 20/03/2012 10:39

Yay for feeling grim Far Grin Sounds weird but it's kinda reassuring isn't it Smile

We deffo need an influx of bfps. There's Cakes too and I've got everything crossed for shinyblackgrape at the mo - v v early days there but hoping everything goes to plan. We could do with another of those hat tricks - do you remember when we got 3 in 3 days? Who was it?

NinjaChipmunk · 20/03/2012 10:44

farfalla I'll be here for a good while yet as well as you and popcorn! And cakes82 and loopy I think? I'm sure there are more but would have to see the stats thread which has dropped off my list. Will dig it out, do put yourself on there when you're ready Smile

Well so far its been a productive morning. I've found the keys to the garage. They were in the oven of ds's little plastic kitchen. And I've applied for and been accepted for a 0% balance transfer credit card (23 months at 0% and I will hopefully have paid it off). Just need to work out how to spend less of my overdraft every month and I'll be sorted! God I hate debt. And working part time on a crap salary doesn't help. But when I go on leave in May I shall spend my 6 weeks before I'm due ebaying everything in sight I think!

The sun is out and I need to go to sainsburys. My life is so very exciting on my days off Grin
I hope everyone is well, and there is no puking/ indigestion/ sore nipples and fanjos are healing nicely/ babies are feeding well and going less yellow. I should proably get dressed but not sure if I can muster the energy. I may need more Brew first.

NinjaChipmunk · 20/03/2012 10:50

biscuits i think it was dream scarlet and fishcake going my their due dates. linky to stats thread

jaggythistle · 20/03/2012 10:52

hey ladies, just updating from the bath today. working evenings this week.

wish I'd known about your keys ninja, DS hides everything in his kitchen oven! usually just toys so far...

i have been feeling better since eating smaller meals, no more queasy moments.

Biscuitsandtea · 20/03/2012 10:54

Oooh yes, sorry Loopy! Blush

I'm trying to muster the energy to go to the supermarket too Ninja. DH took DS1 to nursery for me so I could stay in bed so now I've just fed DS2 I'm going to have to go and get dressed as I think this will help in achieving the supermarket goal today Wink

NinjaChipmunk · 20/03/2012 10:54

good to hear it jaggy enjoy your bath.

NinjaChipmunk · 20/03/2012 10:56

biscuits you could do a good take on the primarni teenagers and go in your pj's?
jaggy ds also hides quite a lot of stuff in his kitchen oven. Shoes are another good place to look.....Grin

Biscuitsandtea · 20/03/2012 10:58

I wonder if anyone would actually say anything if I did go like that? I mean DS2 will be in his PJ's and no one will mind that? Surely it's age discrimination if I'm not allowed to go in my PJs too? Hmm

Biscuitsandtea · 20/03/2012 11:01

Far - I saw your post on the other thread - sounds like you did totally the right thing self referring to the hospital. How many weeks are you and when is your scan?

Oh, and MatB1 forms are done by either the mw or GP sometime after 20 weeks. It was 20 something weeks when I was offered one (am sure someone else who's actually had one will be along soon with a proper bit of knowledge though!)

farfallarocks · 20/03/2012 11:11

Sorry not Mat B form, the one to get free prescriptions, not sure of the name, GP said she does not do them, all very strange indeed!

I am 7 weeks today (yippeee), next scan on 4th April by which time I will be 9 weeks (hopefully)

NinjaChipmunk · 20/03/2012 11:23

I'm going to pick up my matb1 at my 28 wk mw appt (as i don't get a 24 wk appt as a 2nd timer). I think the free prescriptions one was give to me at the 12 week scan. I would ask the receptionist at your next scan or call your mw if you need earlier access to free prescriptions. They should know where its generated and might be able to post one to you?
