BBisBBack · 17/02/2012 21:04

Ohhh yes im confused too! I will pop on and say who i am haha!

BBisBBack · 18/02/2012 20:11

Since becoming a mummy has anyone else gone so soft? But also fiercely protective?

I have just sobbed my heart out to sports relief! Then got amazingly angry at the fact babies are still being born into such suffering! I am so so hormonal!

Kayzr · 18/02/2012 20:15

A little bit BB. I'm much more soft when it comes to children.

That Terry bloke who was Tina Turner has better legs than me!!! Grin

Morning all.

Cold again.

11dpo here. The question is can I hang on to Friday to test? Assuming no AF in the mean time. .....

Ps I am AJ on Fb. I'm bit scared of it showing up on my friends newsfeed if I post. Does it?

Xx

Kayzr · 20/02/2012 10:31

I don't think it shows up. It's a closed group so I'm pretty sure only people in the group can see it.

I feel ill again. I don't get how I can feel ill, feel fine for 2 days and then feel crap again. Sad

SESthebrave · 20/02/2012 10:36

Morning!

Ginger - it definitely doesn't show up. We have a FB group for May 09 people that I post on about once a week so if you've never seen that, your other friends won't see the wagon one either :)
11dpo - that's gone quick (for me!) this month. How are you feeling? Symptom spotting or trying to be laid back?

Kayz - sorry you're feeling I'll again :(

Had a great time in Ireland but now knackered and not wanting to be at work!

GingerbreadLatte · 20/02/2012 10:37

Thanks Kayz. Will post!

Hope you feel better soon. Maybe when spring kicks in it will improve. I've found the really cold weather and too much central heating has made me feel pants. It can't be good for you.

BBisBBack · 21/02/2012 07:27

Morning all DS has been poorly last few days hopefully our house has had all its sick now haha! ITs scary with him tho as when his temp gets high he has febrile convulsions which present like seizures so scary Sad am so tired now! Of to soft play today to get out then work days, we are getting our pay rise notices so I should be happy but im concerned it will make me worse-off cos of tax...
Am experiencing nausea atm and as much as I tell myself its tail end of a bug i am now symptom spotting...

I went to moan at the doctor today. I came out with sinusitis and tonsillitis. Sad

So I have antibiotics and some strong painkillers. I am hoping the painkillers will help me sleep tonight.

Oh and something marvellous!! They can prescribe me litre bottles of Gaviscon!! It's like Christmas. Grin

Gingerbreadlatte · 22/02/2012 06:34

Kayzr · 22/02/2012 07:09

WOOOOOO!!!! That's brilliant Ginger GrinGrin

Gingerbreadlatte · 22/02/2012 07:29

Thanks guys, tbh I am still in total shock and I've known for a day Blush Grin

Woke up yesterday and temp was right down, way below coverline. Was a bit fed up so I decided to test so I could totally be clear about the next cycle and got a bit of a suprise... that was only 12DPO yesterday. So I thought it was perhaps a chemical so I thought I'd wait and see what today's temp did, before making a HONK....Its right back up- and beyond. see.... chart

I just hope that wasnt 2 implantations.....

StarryNewYear · 22/02/2012 08:22

YAAAAAY Ginger!!! WooHooooo! I just came on to check whether you were holding out on testing and to offer some hand-holding and there is your honk. Am so thrilled for you and am grinning like a Cheshire cat Grin
Haven't looked at your chart, but will do at the mention of possible double implantation..... How is your DH? Soooo exciting!

StarryNewYear · 22/02/2012 08:24

Sorry - not intentionally ignoring the rest of you, but am lying in bed with stinking headache having packed DH off to drop DS at school and taken DD with him so going to try and get some sleep...

Gingerbreadlatte · 22/02/2012 08:43

Thanks Star! Grin dh is good. But shocked too I think! I was joking about double implantation. ! Should I worry! ?

Hope you feel better soon. Xx

Just off to a meeting - back in a bit x

Kayzr · 22/02/2012 12:28

There has been a big crash outside my house. The driver has had a heart attack and crashed into a wall and caused other crashes. Both Yorkshire Air Ambulances have been here and the road closed. There are police everywhere.

The driver has died and as I left to get DS2 from playschool they were putting the body in the ambulance in a bag.

Feeling very very shaken up by it all. Sad

hellokittyrules · 22/02/2012 12:59

ginger - Grin great news
kay - Sad not suprised you are shocked!!

Gingerbreadlatte · 22/02/2012 14:26

Kayz. That sounds dreadful. Hope it gets cleared away quickly

Hi kitty :))

Rugbylovingmum · 22/02/2012 15:25

Hi all,

I have been lurking but struggling to find time to post.

Ginger - CONGRATULATIONS!!!! GrinGrinGrinGrin I had a feeling we might get a HONK from you this month and I'm so pleased for you! I knew you wouldn't hold out until Friday Wink.

Kayz - that sounds awful, how upsetting. The poor driver Sad.

Star - poor you Sad, hope you feel better a good sleep.

I'm 27 weeks now (hooray) so just 12 weeks left until my c-section - eek. I had a GTT and blood tests last week and everything was fine, no diabetes or anaemia. Thank god I don't need another one of those, lucozade is DISGUSTING!!! I had to sit around for 2 hours after drinking it and felt sick the whole time - urgh! My SPD or PGP (whatever they call it these days) isn't getting any worse thank goodness. I am quite stiff and sore in the morning or after playing on the floor with C but it's managable otherwise. My midwife recommended using my birth ball and buying a bump support belt which has made a big difference Grin. I'm sooo pleased it hasn't gotten bad enough to make it difficult to get out and about and play with C, I know some people who've had it much worse. At the same time I am really sick of feeling overweight and unfit and I'm determined to tackle it asap after this pregnancy. DP got a bonus recently and he suggested I use some of the money to pay for a personal trainer - someone who can give me some motivation and help me to make the most of the limited time I have for exercise. Have any of you ever used a PT - was it worth it and how do I find a decent trainer who knows a bit about post natal exercise???
