SconesForTea · 22/10/2011 20:02

Conratulations sassy on Eva Smile Wow! What a weight!

Good luck Awen and anyone else who thinks it is starting...

My reflexologist seemed surprised that I didn't feel any ctx during the session - but I didn't, and nothing yet either. FX it will kick off in the night though

Edward that is very sad. Sad

happymummytobe · 22/10/2011 20:37

Will try to catch up in the wee small hours, but my baby boy was born on Thursday evening! 24 hours after I realised I was probably in labour. Was incredible and he is just beautiful. Will post more soon!

HandDivedScallopsrgreat · 22/10/2011 21:02

Congratulations happy, sassy and mitmatchin! A little flurry of births!

Edward that's so sad. Hope you are OK.

bilblio · 22/10/2011 21:09

Edward I'm so sorry. It's always so much worse when someone leaves young children. :(

Sassy & mimatchin Congratulations on your girls!

Cheshire I love dungarees and think Poppy looks lovely. But I agree, they are still too big :o

Jane info here on SMP. I read that page so many times a few months ago!

LittlePebble · 23/10/2011 03:52

Congratulations Awen so pleased for you. Look forward to your birth story. X

pinkpainter · 23/10/2011 04:49

Mimatchin, Happy, Sassy and Awen - Wow lots of births suddenly - a big congratulations to you all!! Awen - that's great that you got in there before being induced in the end.

Who else is still on the bus with me? - It's getting a bit empty now.....
I'm the bored and frustrated one at the back that keeps asking "are we nearly there yet?"

40+3

BB3 · 23/10/2011 05:24

Lol pink at 'are we nearly there yet GrinGrinGrinGrin

Huuuuge Congrats Awen and enjoy the cuddles with your little girl - guess it's true for you that long latent phase made fairly speedy delivery (well from an outsiders perspective anyway!). Well done! Hope dh and dcs are looking after you! Can't wait for birth story. Have you decided on a name?

EdwardorEricCantDecide · 23/10/2011 05:45

I'm still here pink also asking "are we nearly there yet"

Congrats to all the new mummies!
Could be us tomorrow pink (or even later today)

40+6 today!

MrsHende · 23/10/2011 09:35

I'm still here too pink, also feeling impatient - a bit cheekily when I've not even reached my due date! Today wouldn't be a good day though - I'm off to a baby shower this afternoon and it may slightly steal the mum-to-be's thunder if I went into labour at her shower!!

Big congratulations to all the new arrivals! We needed a bit of a flurry!

Right Edward and pink and all the rest who are 40+, your turns now! I've got my pom poms out!! Grin

39+1

Bumpsadaisie · 23/10/2011 09:53

I'm still here too - 40+4. Getting a bit disheartened with going to bed every night thinking tonight may be it and then waking up and nothing doing Sad

Having period pains and occasional mild cx but nothing amounting to anything yet. Oh well, baby can't stay in there for ever!

Vibes to all still waiting!

Bumpsadaisie · 23/10/2011 09:54

Plus big congrats to all the new arrivals Grin great news.

CheshireDing · 23/10/2011 10:11

Congratulations it's been quiet on the baby front recently so please for the new Mummies :)

Congratulations to Mimatchin, Happy, Sassy and Awen. Awen impressed by your 3am posting too :)

CheshireDing · 23/10/2011 10:12

Thinking of those of you still on the bus too.

seasaltbaby · 23/10/2011 10:25

Yep, I'm still here too, due date tomorrow! Did loads of ball bouncing etc last night & it did really feel that baby was getting in right position, plus feeling period pains, but then again by this morning, nothing :(

Big congrats to awen sassy mismatchin & happy fantastic news! Helps me remember you can't be pregnant forever! Hope you're all getting on ok so far with your babies xx

Jane4321 · 23/10/2011 11:05

Pink I'm still here, at 40+5.
Bump MrsH Edward - what are you doing during the day? I have been trying to rest and preserve some energy but yesterday got really bored and cleaned house top to bottom and did some cooking and freezing. Was knackered by the evening!

Same as many of you, getting period pains at contractions in the evening and at night then nothing the next morning. Little show yesterday. Tired/bored/frustrated.
I want my baby :)

Congratulations Awen

Trudyla · 23/10/2011 11:13

I'm still on the bus, too. Probably the last one. 39+0 today

Had feelings it might be today, cos it would work out well babysitter wise but doesn't look likely now. Oh well. I've got time [hgrin]

Nothing much happening really either, sometimes I get a few period type pains but nothing substantial.

Have a good Sunday all.

Trudyla · 23/10/2011 11:14

Oh, and congratulations to all the new mummies. Can't wait for your birth stories!

Hope you're all resting and relaxing with your snuggely babies.

EdwardorEricCantDecide · 23/10/2011 11:17

I mostly rest at weekends, (when DH is here) during the week I take DS a walk round shops. Play with him (although this is usually on the floor with Lego/playdough/toys etc) not really physical. Have done minimal housework but have cooked about a weeks worth of dinners for the freezer and intend to do a few more on Monday if I haven't popped!

DS is off to science centre today with his aunt DH going to football and I'm going shopping with my aunt Grin anything to pass the time!!
40+6

TallyBear · 23/10/2011 12:15

Congratulations Awen (at last - yey), Happy and Sassy.

Pink I'm still here too. D-day today. Ball bouncing and curry last night. Nookie this morning (tmi?! lol) and got a pineapple as well as mangos and kiwi (apparently some of the same enzyme than pineapple - but will certainly make for a yummy fruit salad if nothing else) for later.

No period pains/ctx/show yet...Sad.
