Thanks bill. Think I'd better carry several packs of ginger nuts in my suitcase!

Off to listen to some classical music to try and calm down...

6+3 and no hint of a bump!

Hey gang. Bad news RE my cousin that I mentioned last week. She had her 20 week scan last week and the saw fluid around the heart. Tests showed that the heart had formed but the chambers hadn't. It was kinda 50/50 if this was just some freak of nature abnormality the pregnancy could go ahead, she could have a normal delivery and the baby would have an op at 6 months. Apparently there's 400 baby's a year with this and the survival rate is 85%. Flip to the other end of the scale, if the cause is chromosomal she would have to have a termination. Which is what they've found out it is.

Absolutely lost for words. Aweful doesn't even describe it. I'm glad I told my mum yday about mine and dh pregnancy otherwise I'd be so scared/guilty to raise it :(
