So sorry to hear your sad news Twittwooo x x x

QueenFee · 15/06/2011 17:47

Sorry twitwoo :(

I have told my mummy friends as they will guess anyway when i'm green in the mornings! However they have been sworn to secrecy.

I don't know whether to find out the sex or not I never have before as I love the its a ... moment. It wont make any difference to prep as I already have girls and boys stuff.
Dh doesnt want to find out again so I guess we wont.
Twins scare me because I already have 3! admittedly I have always wanted twins though
the last antenatal thread I was on had an excessive amount of twin pregnancys :o

phlossie · 15/06/2011 17:58

I haven't started feeling sick yet - still not quite 5 weeks yet, though. But I had such a horny, horny dream last night! Shame my husband was breathing curry and beer fumes when I woke up this morning!

Bill I can't keep my mouth shut either, and also have buggered tummy muscles. My DS said last night 'mummy, your tummy is so fat! Have you got a baby in there?' I said erm. We haven't told the DCs yet. My trousers are starting to feel tight too. Not even 5 weeks preggers. Ridiculous.

puzzletree · 15/06/2011 18:10

So sorry Twittwooo, take care and I wish you the best of luck for the future x

Slightly worried as I have very few symptons other than mahoosive boobs and slight nausea and dizziness at times. Done two tests which showed positive incredibly quickly but have an overwhelming urge to POAS every other day to ensure that it's still sticking!
Although my Mum, who I have told, said she felt fine through all three of her pregnancies.

pinkhollie i know how you feel. Well regret saying this in a few weeks i'm sure! Apart from tiredness (but i'm always tired) i don't feel any different. Kinda glad my test came in a double pack cos i'm sure i need to do another one just to be sure! lol

mistressploppy · 15/06/2011 19:19

I am a bit worried; no symptoms AT ALL except very very mild periody pains, just feelings really. I'm sure last time I had sore boobs by now Sad

puzzletree · 15/06/2011 20:20

mistressploppy it's rubbish isn't it, either worrying if you feel fine or feeling awful if you do have bad symptoms. still early days though, there's time for the sickness and soreness to kick in! plus you've got a positive pregnancy test and lack of period, they're the essential symptoms.

mistressploppy · 15/06/2011 20:27

thanks Puzzle Smile

BillComptonstrousers · 15/06/2011 20:44

How many days have people had crampy pains? I've had quite a few today and I wish they would stop, they are giving me the willies!

claricestar · 15/06/2011 20:53

Hi, I'm adding myself to the list too. EDD is 31st Jan according to the calculator but because my first 2 babies were late and for some reason I didn't get my bfp till 20 days late for AF, I reckon this one will be a february baby.

Few symptoms yet. This was a surprise baby, I'm still getting over the shock! 2 faint bfps on sunday and a faint one on Monday. I had 12 bfns between missed af and this point. very odd as bfp on first day of af for both ds(5) and dd(1.)
urine test at GP was inconclusive today so they want to test again in a week. I did a superdrug test and got a very strong bfp this teatime which has put my mind at rest a bit.

Added myself, scanner was convinced i was further along than i thought but i will stick with the date i started with Smile
I feel sick all day long but have only been sick about 3-4 times. I don't usually get ms til about week 8 so am most unimpressed to have had it from week 3.
Wishing you all happy, healthy pregnancies...wonder how many sets of twins we will have on our Feb bus ? Grin

butterflydays · 15/06/2011 21:29

Hello all,
Due the 17th Feb, shocked was the word!
Have DS who is 6.
No symptoms yet really.

mistressploppy · 15/06/2011 22:04

Bill, I've had v v mild crampiness since before af was due! Most unnerving, but so minimal I'm wondering if it might actually be psychosomatic!

pinkhollie · 15/06/2011 22:06

Thanks melliebobs it makes me feel better to know that others feel the same. As this is my first I just don't know what to expect. Just want a scan now! Grin

pinkhollie · 15/06/2011 22:11

Bill I have also had lots of mild cramping pains but did look it up and it seems that it's normal as long as there is no bleeding.

harrietlichman · 15/06/2011 22:18

bill - crampy pains here too - very scary, especially after a previous mc, but it seems it really is quite normal, I guess we won't stop worrying until scan comes (and beyond, if you are anything like me) it is great to be able to share worries with you all on this board, as I;m not telling anyone for as long as possible (knackered stomach muscles withstanding!)

diedandgonetodevon · 15/06/2011 22:23

Mild crampy pains here too which I've taken as a good sign as I had the same when expectin DS and I don't get period cramps at all so is completely different to my normal cycle iyswim.

diedandgonetodevon · 15/06/2011 22:24

expecting even

ReadyforRound2 · 16/06/2011 08:27

Yesterday I felt numbness and cramps quite a lot and I thought that was it!!! I get quite nervous when I am going to the loo incase I spot something. My hormones are going crazy too - my hairs are falling out and I've got bad skin - anyone else have this?
DH said he's nervous too but it's not the same when its not happening to their body is it? I guess its just hard for them in a different way.

Pinkhollie, looks like you and me are same EDD buddies - yay!

Do you all have to have your pregnancies confirmed by a urine test that is sent to the hospital? I sent my sample on my AF due date, a few hours after my BFP, (it wasn't an early morning sample) - it came back negative! I panicked and bought a test - which was instantly and strongly BFP so I'm sending another sample now! I just want to hurry up and book my appt with the midwife!

puzzletree · 16/06/2011 09:03

ReadyforRound2 I've got really spotty skin too, usually mine gets better in pregnancy, think I need to drink more water or something! Haven't had to have my BFP confirmed, they just take your word for it here it seems.

Hosting a toddler coffee morning again today, so just getting the house a bit tidier, despite the boys' best efforts to stop me. Will try not to spill the beans just yet, best hide my notes!

LankyLegs · 16/06/2011 09:13

Just wanted to say am so sorry twittwoo...take good care of yourself and hope you are coping ok xx
