Glad its not just me that wonders aimlessly aroung looking at house stuff I can never afford!

Good luck with your scan tomorrow buffyfan, fingers well and truely crossed for you. I still have to wait another week for mine, I am getting edgier by the hour!

Mumtomaybebabybella · 09/05/2011 20:11

CazandBelle · 09/05/2011 20:45

goldmaple · 09/05/2011 21:03

littlemiss so sorry to hear your news:(

buffyfan I am feeling really emotional as well (and usually sad/tired/worried) and cry a lot. If you get any tips on not welling up in front of people I'd like to know:) Good luck for your scan!

caz really glad to hear bow is doing great!

Bluetinkerbell · 09/05/2011 21:12

Littlemiss so sorry that you had bad news! Thinking of you! Take care!

Buffy Thanks for that! It feels better now, hopefully it stays that way!

cep · 09/05/2011 21:16

littlemiss i'm so so sorry it was bad news today. I really hope you have support in rl. Please take care of yourself. I found support on the trying again website here they're lovely ladies and are good support for even when you're not yet trying again. good luck for the future.

Staceroo · 09/05/2011 21:34

Oh littlemiss, so so sorry for you. As said above, this is all of our worst nightmares and I'm sorry it has to happen to any of us.

Caz, glad your scan went well, iim sure that every step you go through will bring back memories of belle, but it doesn't mean the two are the same xx

Bluetink, your not alone, my ironing pile its weeks behind! As soon as I iron half of it it gets topped up with more washing!

Cali, I love the idea of a playlist!

Ps... Missy N I'm braless too! It goes as soon as I get home everynight!

bumpandisaacsmum · 09/05/2011 21:49

staceroo and missyn I too remove normal bra as soon as I'm home!! Though can't go completely braless so don a sleep bra... Sooooo comfortable with just enough support!! Think I may need to go get measured again... Only went 3weeks ago & had gone up 2 cups and now already finding that bra too small Shock

Caliphora · 09/05/2011 22:51

I neeeed to find a good supportive, separating bra!
I was 34FF before BFP, and I've now outgrown M&S mat bras :(
I'm so sore and rubbing in between - getting all sticky and eww, too! (sorry tmi!)
I can't stand to have them out of the bra, but they need air!
DP does love me "airing" them though... Blush

PoppysMom · 10/05/2011 01:58

So sorry about your sad news LittleMiss :(
Hope you are well looked after

cookie9 · 10/05/2011 06:51

So sorry Littlemissexcited. Take it easy and look after yourself. Thinking of you.

ImBrian · 10/05/2011 07:04

Littlemiss-so sorry to hear your news :( look after yourself x

I need bigger bras but i hate maternity ones they make my boobs look pointy! Plus the sizes seem a bit crap but then ive only looked in mothercare. I reckon I need a 32 F/G. Can i still wear under wire/push up bras if there properly fitted?

voodoomunkee · 10/05/2011 07:06

Littlemiss am so sorry to hear your sad news. Please take care and be gentle on yourself. Like others have said, everything often happens for a reason x

MissyNorfolk · 10/05/2011 07:37

My goodness you ladies all have ahem... rather large bazzooookas don't you, I was getting all pleased I was starting to outgrow my 32Cs!!!

If I'm home I'm braless, they just cut in and annoy me I could probably do with a bigger size but I don't want to go out and buy any just yet, as am only 12 weeks and know things are only going to grow in that department!!!

voodoomunkee · 10/05/2011 07:47

Mine are at least an E cup now too.... tis very uncomfy! tops that fit over the little bump don't fit over the rather larger boobies! Am also putting off buying, but may have a mini splurge at the weekend (payday), anyone tried those bump bands?

Scan at 4pm today, scared and nervous and a lil excited all in one go!

MissyNorfolk · 10/05/2011 07:52

ooooooh goodluck voodoo, fx for you, I bet 4pm seems like a life time away.

I was speaking to a new mum and she said bump bands were great and that she was able to wear her normal clothes for much longer as it covered up that bit of tummy that pokes out when you're normal clothes stop fitting. just like wearing a vest underneath without the added layer you dont need in summer. She was quite small though so not sure if it would work for bigger bumps and ladies.

PamSco · 10/05/2011 09:02

Little Miss, you have my heart felt thoughts. Take time to recover and look after each other. Never blame yourself as nature has its way the next one will workout fine.

I think my gallstone has passed yippee, still waiting on nhs to catch up and do bloods as I'm still very itchy all over. A bigger pain though is the ease with which we got names together has been shattered. Alexander was a cert for a laddie. Both like it and it is a family name for OH. But, no. This will never be spoken of again. OH has banned mention of the name and is very grumpy. This is all because of the SNP victory in Scotland and that smug Wee 'Eck's face shining out of every paper. My tartan touting OH is NOT a fan of Alex Salmond!

CazandBelle · 10/05/2011 09:14

Another one here who is just about ready to go into maternity bras. My boobs are feeling really enormous and sore at the moment! caliphora lol at your DH, mine would be exactly the same, he is obsessed with them at the moment because they're bigger and keeps getting told off for going in for a grope. Far too sore for any of that malarky!

I was a 34ff before I was pregnant but I reckon I'm into the 34gg maternity bras I bought last time now. Although I should probably go and get measured at some point soon.

I'm so excited today though - DH has booked us a private scan on 6th June to find out flavour of Bow! I'll be 18 weeks. I just need to know. Knowing who Belle was (we named her at 20 weeks) made so much difference when the worst happened, we'd already bonded with her as a person and I'm desperate to start bonding with this little one on that identity level too. Names are ready!! I know not everyone agrees with "cosmetic scans" but there is so much strain in this pregnancy it is nice to have something purely lovely to look forward too, I'm sure it will be such a different experience to the loads of NHS scans we're booked in for. We didn't have any private scans for Belle, so this is something special just for Bow too.

BuffyFan · 10/05/2011 10:15

voodoomonkey mine's at 3.30pm, and I'm jittery already. Just think by 5pm we'll both know what's going on!

I'm joining the big bust brigade! I started out as a 36F and haven't noticed massive changes yet - gone up a cup size possibly. But then I lost a lot of weight last year and have just started going back to clothes and undies that used to fit when I was a size 18 and a 38FF - easy if depressing! DH keeps telling me I have "big hot boobs" though! Biscuit

An old friend of mine has just made her big announcement on FB (I didn't know she was pg) and now I'm curious to know if she's one of you lot...

PamSco · 10/05/2011 10:46

Er I just made my announcement on FB

Truffkin · 10/05/2011 10:57

I'm in the big booby club too! 36GG to start with and am going to get measured at the weekend for new bras Blush

How did you announce it Pam? My DH thinks I should but am a bit unsure if I should and even then, what I would say! One of my more minor queries thankfully!

Looking forward to more scan news later on!

Truffkin · 10/05/2011 11:00

P.S Caz I meant to say how exciting for your scan! We paid for a very early scan for reassurance before telling our parents at 6 weeks and the 12 week scan was over quickly so depending how the 20 week scam goes, I'd be open to booking another private one later in my pregnancy. 20 weeks seems a long time without seeing the baby! I think people will totally understand why you've chosen to book it and I'm already excited to find out your flavour!!

PamSco · 10/05/2011 11:15

I just posted the scan picture. I made sure I'd already told all the day to day friends I see near me and family, old friends I don't have numbers for I couldn't tell any other way. I commented, here's my birthday present - because it's due near my birthday.

Katiebeau · 10/05/2011 11:26

littlemiss, I'm really sorry things didn't work out, good luck for next time and I hope you're getting lots of support in RL.

All quiet here. Munching on anything with fibre in and tinned fruit in syrup to help my tummy. Nothing much to add. Good luck all scanee's.

Not sure who asked but underwired bras are fine so long as they fit properly and don't cut into your boob. I'm 32FF at the moment so out with the mahoosive bramissivo bras soon.........

mashpot · 10/05/2011 11:28

Oh Lordy, I'm still in my 32A bra - when will they grow!!

Good luck to today's scanees. I can totally understand booking extra private scans - I only had mine last week and am ready for another one now, a weekly scan would be ideal Grin
