Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
Scorpette · 28/03/2011 21:49

Oh god, I must stop posting - the baby is in intensive care Sad Can't bear it!

MadameBoo · 28/03/2011 21:51

This is a tough one this week innit?

LadyGoneGaga · 28/03/2011 21:53

What a lovely Nana Smile

Scorpette · 28/03/2011 21:58

Nando's mum is a bloody rock, bless her.

All the babies MUST be all right, as they wouldn't end the series with Horribleness, surely?

Scorpette · 28/03/2011 22:00

My tear ducts can't handle the sight of Triplet Dad doing skin-to-skin with those tiny wee scraps! He's wonderful.

MadameBoo · 28/03/2011 22:01

5 months of trekking back and forth to the hospital, wow. Glad there is a happy ending though. Now what will I do on Monday nights now?

Ivegotmrbitey · 28/03/2011 22:03

Five months Sad I think my heart just broke. What an amazingly strong couple. Night all, am off to bed with jilly cooper.

LadyGoneGaga · 28/03/2011 22:08

So glad there was a happy ending though Grin. MiniG is a Will so poorly William's always make me cry especially hard.

owlbooty · 29/03/2011 10:01

Hoorah! Now I don't need to watch it at all!

I always cry during the opening credits, as it always reminds me of wandering down the labour ward and hearing newborn babies cry for the first time, so I claim the prize for being the softest sad act in here.

Ivegotmrbitey · 29/03/2011 13:01

Hurray! My husband has returned and is speeding away from Heathrow as we speak! Stoopid hormones have made me vey sentimental and have already cried at his flight being delayed and at his final landing news cos he is bringing me toblerone and it can't come soon enough

LadyGoneGaga · 29/03/2011 13:01

Very quiet in here today. where is everyone?

Can't punch you for blubbing, Owlie since I spend about 75% of the programme in tears.

Ariesgirl · 29/03/2011 13:51

Bitey I wonder if he bumped into my husband? Weird.

macaroonmum · 29/03/2011 13:52

Can't join in on the blub-fest cos don't get OBEM over here.
But I did go all squidgy at the teeny boy's clothes i've been looking at online.

LGG I am officially stuck to my sofa. Thechild is in nursery and I am at home. All day. Grin. With min-mars bars.

macaroonmum · 29/03/2011 13:53

Yey to returning husbands Bitey!

owlbooty · 29/03/2011 13:56

Yay to the promise of Toblerone!

macaroonmum · 29/03/2011 14:12
LadyGoneGaga · 29/03/2011 14:39

How very decadent, Marrow. I expect your feet are up too? But hope you are feeling better. Can you not get OBEM on BBC on demand or whatever it is called?

Yay, Bitey. MrG has almost completed his house clearance so will be back with me tonight too Smile. Bit grr to give up bed/starfish privileges though.

laurielou · 29/03/2011 15:01

Gah! Auditors!

LadyGoneGaga · 29/03/2011 15:06

Run away, run for you life, Lozza. Surely they will not pick on a preggo woman? Try sticking your bump out and waddle around in a "labour may be impending" fashion

laurielou · 29/03/2011 15:18

I wish LadyG. I'm having a 20 minute respite, then the fun will resume. I've tried the huffing, rubbing belly & moaning, twinging & saying "Ow" loudly & said I need about 479 wees. I'm knackered.

I was also meant to be driving 2.5 hours each way tomorrow to visit my other team - but lovely "take me out for cake" colleague has just rearranged his week so he can share driving with me. He's like my dad Grin

This week was always going to be the bleurgh week in work, but from here on in I shall be easing my way into mat leave.

MW appt yesterday was all good - slight trace of protien in wee, but nothing to worry about. They think the head is down, but not 100% sure. Again, not worrying about that until 36 weeks. Blood pressure fine, blood results fine, heartbeat strong. All boringly good Grin

LadyGoneGaga · 29/03/2011 15:32

How much longer til mat leave, Lozza? Don't worry about boring, boring is good!

I think baby definitely turned upside down yesterday as was getting kicks under the ribs. But they seem to be back in the bladder today so Tink is still spinning round wildly I think. Midwife tomorrow - going to get her to measure me as sick of people asking me if there are OMG twinz!1!1!!!11!! in there. And ask about the pelvis pain (still there) - apparently sis could hardly walk with her third so hoping is not the dreaded SPD but could be.

I'm doing appraisal write ups today. Is very tedious...

owlbooty · 29/03/2011 15:48

Boring is fabulous, I agree.

GG Owlet is also doing some form of rudimentary break-dancing in there I reckon. Today he is kicking me just below my belly button. Yesterday he was kicking me on the left hand side. Tis a right bugger that you are still suffering with the pelvis pain; hopefully MW can help and it is not SPD.

I'm not supposed to see the MW again for another 7 weeks - supposedly it's MW at 16 weeks, GP at 25 weeks, MW at 28. Is it just me or does that seem a bit shit? I might visit the MW at 24 as I do not trust my GP as far as I can throw her. Are all areas different when it comes to appointments like this?

Ivegotmrbitey · 29/03/2011 16:30

Rie what if they are the same person?

I believe you can buy the chocolate that is tobler in mainland uk shops macaroniandcheese but is a traditional gift in the bitten household that returning travellers must proffer before being allowed back over the threshold. Interference with the toblerone is NOT ALLOWED owlie

ladybird Are you finding that the same days as OMG TWINZ!111!questions someone else will say oooh you're so small, are you sure? I have resisted ascerbic sarcasm so far but won't be restrained much longer!

Glad all was boring lozenge boo to the auditors though!

I have 500 surveys to do the data entry on Sad but am planning to do them from home tomorrow on lappy in bed

Ivegotmrbitey · 29/03/2011 16:31

PS boots yes I think MW appointments very variable by area but there are NICE guidelines on number of contcats you should have.

owlbooty · 29/03/2011 17:05

I am going to go to Tescos and buy a bloody massive toblerone now. Damnit. Tis also a traditional gift in the Boots household due to grandparents wandering all over Europe in their retirement.

I have a training presentation to write. I have failed. Fuckit, I'm going in search of toblerone instead.
