That floats on high o'er vales and hills
When all at once I saw a crowd
Of cackling, quaffing, ne-er-do-wells

Pull up a seat, grap a glass of vino and a piece of sushi, it's Delitime again.

muser That really is awesome for a bunch of barren oldies. According to reggie's fb page - labour has slowed right down and she's still at home waiting & carb-loading! Grin

laurie I'm so chuffed for you and as for the tears from the family - it must be fantastic to be able to inject a little good news in to the family right now.

AlpinePony · 12/11/2010 16:38

Hmm at "the family" - I'm making you sound like South Wales' answer to the Sopranos!

Scorpette · 12/11/2010 17:20

They do a home visit service 11-2 mon-fri. That's great, but I would rather they had got my diagnosis right a month ago! Angry

PS Isn't morning sickness - is super-severe acid reflux. Zexy! Have just taken my first pill, so fingers crossed...

MrsFC · 12/11/2010 17:35

Oh, kind of like bad heartburn you mean? I get you now.

I have the fruit Rennies for mine - they are MUCH nicer than Gaviscon. I think they do sugar free ones too.

AlpinePony · 12/11/2010 17:36

Ladies... just in case anyone noticed okie missing today - SHE LAID A GIRL AT 3AM! ShockGrin

Ariesgirl · 12/11/2010 17:39

Ta-darrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! A FESH girl at last! Is that the first one since Curly? Well done okie lass.

AlpinePony · 12/11/2010 17:41

switty and skater both did girls. It was 1am sorry and she was BIG at 8lbs 14oz! :)

Casserole · 12/11/2010 17:41

Well done Okiecokie !!!

Blimey it's busy round here in the laying department Grin

CurlyCasper · 12/11/2010 17:44

Well that was a good time to come back on here - congrats to okie!

Can't wait for some details and pics, very much in the mood after seeing the yummy babyMoo! You and Moo did seem to like doing things together! Grin

Ariesgirl · 12/11/2010 17:44

Sorry Switty and Skater And Iggy too of course. It's best that I don't post ever.

PollyPoo · 12/11/2010 17:45

Yay for another girl! Well done Okie that is brilliant news. Hope you are all doing well. Grin

MrsFC · 12/11/2010 17:46

WOW - well done okie!! Another big un!

You and moo should be rightly proud of yourselves. Well done.

CurlyCasper · 12/11/2010 17:47

x-post. At that weight she'll be needing the size Squeaks is only just growing out of now! Hope all is well. Just exchanged texts and, as with Moo, Okie came across both delighted and very "with it".

Vive les filles!

Right then, what size of lad is reggie having?

MrsFC · 12/11/2010 17:47

Fuck - that puts me FOURTH on the list of nots. I currently have a bib and a pair of baby nail clippers and a huge sack of DeNile.

Casserole · 12/11/2010 17:48

Congrats to ALL the lovely lady lay-ers. I've congratulated some of you on FB too I know but don't want anyone to be left out. You iz all amazing.

You have to be pretty much dead round here to get a home visit. And then you're probably best off just ringing the undertake direct. It's a bit like the Monty Python scene:
"Bring out your dead"
"I'm not dead yet!"
"Oh, you'll be dead by morning"

Grin
CurlyCasper · 12/11/2010 18:00

You'll be third before too long mrsFC. I expect reggie to complete the hat-trick this week!

AlpinePony · 12/11/2010 18:03

reggies's been in labour for 48 hours now ... shit or get off the pot my love! Wink

MrsFC That's the trouble with de Nile - sooner or later you run aground.

maswera · 12/11/2010 18:18

Congratulations to the new babes. Assuming Reggie gets on with it, that means I'm next!!!! How can that be??! Poo you are welcome to queue-jump me if you wish

MrsFC · 12/11/2010 18:26

Oh mas - you are due on my birthday!

rocketleaf · 12/11/2010 19:14

Big congrates to okie on the birth of her baby girl! we are growing 'em big round here Shock

go reggie go.

MrsFC · 12/11/2010 19:35

So that means that kate and mas must be on time - surely by the power of PESH??

Scorpette · 12/11/2010 19:37

I think we all know what celebratory dance we have to do in Okie's honour... put your left leg in! Grin

Well done, and huzzah for a FESH girl!

Scorpette · 12/11/2010 19:37

Oooooh, WeeWee is next! Grin

PollyPoo · 12/11/2010 20:17

No no Mas you are too kind. I am quite happy for you to go first! I've had strict words and told baybee that 28 Dec is a good day to born. No earlier thank you. I want to sit on my expanding ass on xmas day and be waited on, stuffing my face with whatever delicacies TG decides to fetch me and quaffing champagne. I know I would be waited on if I've laid the baybee, but I'd rather have the day to myself thanks all the same. [selfish caahh emoticon] Also, I am a bit worried about Boo and would rather she had xmas day being the centre of attention. She has been really acting up lately and I think it may be to do with the impending birth. Not quite sure how to handle it really. I even had to resort to the naughty step today. Worked though! Any others got any advice?

I am watching The Duchess, but I hate Keira 'wooden face' Knightly though. Should I continue or find something else?

TwinkleToes76 · 12/11/2010 20:19

Another one already??!! Well done Okie!

and good luck Reggie, hope the waiting is over very soon - 48 hours is not fun!
