dh asda have quite a few hoodies i got a zip up one and a nice knitted blue one thats fleece lined that has buttons! (its actually 1st size and only just fits him without burying him!)
we went to a wedding last night it was bizzarre and i can honestly say i wish i didnt go! £8 for 2 drinks too and they werent doubles! gutting thing was Lyndon slept through til 7 from 10 last night for mum, he never does that for me!! he would have slept longer but as couple of days before hes been under the weather she was worried and woke him up!!!
Got Lyndon a little fleece pramsuit for £6 from asda as its not cold enough for a mega thick one yet and i didnt want to spend £20 on a 0-3, 3-6 then a 6-9 one as well looks so snug on walks!
Going shopping today will be taking dh to look at bit fat diamond eternity rings! hes buying me one after payday Grin

DesperateHousewife21 · 19/09/2010 11:25

memphis I looked in there yesterday but couldnt see anything, they seem to sell whole outfits instead of single items. Have fun ring shopping, you lucky lady!

Not to worry tho, Ive finally got him a blue zip up hoody from Tesco for £5 Grin

mlic Dylan isnt sleeping through either, nowhere near it in fact, he fell asleep at 9ish, woke at midnight, then 4am, then 6am, then 7am, went back to sleep at 8ish and is still asleep now! So at least I got a couple more hours kip!

dh glad you got a top for Dylan, went into sainsburys today they have a lovely navy one with a car on for £8 was tempted but put it back, there clothes are lovely!! wanted a set of 3 babygrows for 3-6 in next with cute aliens on but they had every size but one i wanted and ring shopping went pear shaped, this couple were trying stuff and when they had made choice they got asked to scoot across so i could look and they wouldnt! they realised they probably missed a sale and looked gutted think they work on commision and ring i want is £700 and one they bought was £150 so young girl was trying to keep us in shop a bit longer!

tsc Im in the south east and its still quite warm down here, also we live in a modern first floor flat which retains heat v well.

memphis I bet they're kicking themselves for letting you leave! Bloody rude customers.
Dylan is always sucking his hands, he enjoys it cos hes not long realised they belong to him, I dont think it really means they're starving all the time.

Afternoon ladies.

Took Gwen to church for the first time this morning. Little minx cried all the way through the intercession, then fell asleep just as everyone was parading out. I ended up breast feeding her while everyone else went up for communion Confused

She's cried all afternoon so Sunday lunch didn't really happen. DH had to have cheese and crackers instead of the promised roast pork.

I wish someone would explain to hubby that just because she's sucking her hands, she isn't necessarily hungry. God she's grumpy today! She keeps drifting off in my arms, I put her down and run off to do something, then normally just as I've say, run the bath or set the ironing board up, off she goes again. Genuinely cannot remember the last time i drank a hot cup of tea!

tsc leave more milk than you think. i go out on a monday evening and leave about 5oz, having fed just before i leave, but he could probably drink double that happily. i'm planning to go out for drinks this week with my nct friends - can't wait to sit in a pub with a pint with no baby attached!

we also have a lot of hand sucking and dribbling - not sure if it's teething or what.

J won't go to sleep before about 1/2am, it's driving me mad! he still just wants to feed solidly all evening. this afternoon he slept for 4.5 hours straight so it might be another late one...

Thanks for the friend request mlic i hate when facebook plays up too! Cant believe some drunk lady threw wine over you DH and carseat - I'd have had a fit!

Needle i'm petrified of cutting Dreya's nail too. A friend suggested doing it when she's asleep. Tried it earlier and managed to cut one before she started flapping her hands about! Have to keep trying as she's got some sharp little nails on her.

how is everyone finding getting LO's into a routine? Are you following specific stuff as i got a few different books from the charity shop for £1 each but i'm wondering which ones you guys might recommend if any
