Many thanks to ILike for passing on the baton to myself and Harry . I know we are a bit previous but I am worried I will get the timing wrong .

I feel like I have only been here a wee while but it is invaluable to me .

This is a poem that has helped me in the past .

I have not turned my back on you
So there is no need to cry.
I'm watching you from heaven
Just beyond the morning sky.

I've seen you almost fall apart
When you could barely stand.
I asked an angel to comfort you
And watched her take your hand.

She told me you are in more pain
Than I could ever be.
She wiped her eyes and swallowed hard
Then gave your hand to me.

Although you may not feel my touch
Or see me by your side.
I've whispered that I love you
While I wiped each tear you cried.

So please try not to ache for me
We'll meet again one day.
Beyond the dark and stormy sky
A rainbow lights the way.

Reporting in

Mac has been keeping me busy and on my toes. Infact I've just had a quick kip on the sofa while he is napping in his cot

I keep thinking about Lighthouse. She's got so much on her plate at the moment bless her. We're going to have another gorgeous bubba on out thread ladies

I keep meaning tgo ask Shabs, how is it going looking after Lew?

shabster · 20/04/2009 18:26

Hiya Moveit - looking after Lew is going really well....it was hard at first but over the last few weeks we have really 'got' each other - if you know what I mean.

He is walking unaided does about 6 steps then goes back to the crawling cause it is faster!!! His Daddy walked at 10 months as well. Now everything is being put out of his reach - including the hamster

He will eat everything and anything that you put in front of him - he loves fruit - especially bananas and grapes!!

frasersmummy · 20/04/2009 20:50

oh how I miss the days when Ross napped...

he now survives on about 10 hours sleep a day .. and he is going through a terrible phase of tantruming about everything.. its exhausting

fantastic news that lew is on his feet.. mac will be next lighthouse!!

anyone in contact with fmn??? I have been really worried about her and her new dd.

shabster · 20/04/2009 23:44

Hi Dee how are you doing at the mo ?

OP posts:
Deemented · 21/04/2009 11:16

Hmmm... i'm ok.

Having problems with the monumental masons at the moment, and am busy trying to organise the christening which is the day after her first birthday. Tis fun.

How's you?

travellingwilbury · 21/04/2009 11:47

Sounds complicated , it is so annoying when people who should know better manage to make our path shittier .

Not too bad here at the moment thanks . Had a rough time after I found someone at work who had died in the night but seem to have found a way of managing that now .

Been doing boring painting which is good but it just shows up the other rooms which I now really need to get on to .
