Close friend died today, only 38 yrs old :(

Says it all really, one of my dearest friends,aged 40 yrs old, suffered a massive heart attack and died immediately. I am in total shock and can't really believe it, he wasn't ill , there was no warning. I am in bits about it .

So so sorry Mabs.This puts everything in perspective and life is so fragile If you need anything let me know and look after yourself.You have had a shit time with your health and now this.

So sorry, what an awful shock. My brother lost a close friend very suddenly a few years ago and I know he was just at an utter loss as to what to do at the time. I'll be thinking of you

thank you all, i just cannot accept that i won't see him again, particularly as I was due to grab a coffee with him on Wed. Just seems so v v strange.
