Close friend died today, only 38 yrs old :(

Says it all really, one of my dearest friends,aged 40 yrs old, suffered a massive heart attack and died immediately. I am in total shock and can't really believe it, he wasn't ill , there was no warning. I am in bits about it .

Thanks twofalls apparently I was ill which rarely happens but seem to have now got a head cold after shaking off the virus.I wonder if I am just run down now? Did really think it was depression and my doctor said no a virus I didnt believe her until my ds got it as well.

You are probably run down, you have been through a lot. Are you feeling any better?

so sorry..what a shock for you

No a really horrid headcold now and had last week off so back in to the fray this week with a vomiting ds to boot.

MABS are you ok? There has been silence for so long now.
