My toddler died today

My baby died today. I found him in his cot this morning. He was completely well yesterday and has no health problems. They are completing a post mortem today.
I don’t know what to do. Why would a healthy child just die? I have a 4 year old and don’t know how to handle it with him. Any advice welcome, I’m obviously a mixture of completely numb and a mess.

I'm so so sorry for your loss of your toddler, and that you are having to go through this. Nobody should have to go through this. It really is unbelievably heartbreaking.
I'm sending you love and strength to get through today. It will be extremely hard, but just try and break the day down if it helps, and concentrate on getting through the next few minutes or hours at a time.
