My beautiful baby

That's it really. Heading to hospital this morning to have my baby girl induced. Her heartbeat stopped somewhere between Sunday night and Monday morning at 27 weeks and I just can't bear it. She was our joy and our sunshine after two miscarriages and now I have to say goodbye to her today and I just don't know where I am going to find the strength.

I am so sorry for you. Please get in touch with Sands if you can beforehand, their website was full of advice on some of the practical things that unfortunately need to be thought about in amongst everything else.
Here to hold your hand through it, please pm if you need at all. It is the most difficult thing I have ever done delivering my baby and knowing there wasn't going to be a cry or a movement when she came. Reach out to everyone you can for support. People are amazing - I can't believe how much help we have been offered. Between the charities and the midwives, they have treated us and Eilidh with such respect and dignity through all this.

To all the ladies from the mc thread - thank you so much for your lovely messages and kind thoughts. We are so glad to have our time with Eilidh, the hospital and everyone have been amazing.

Miami - I am so sorry for your loss and I wanted to send you love. Almost 12 years ago - 4th October 2005 I had a still birth. It was a very difficult time and it is important you do what you need to do to get you through the coming weeks and months. I had bereavement counselling which helped me greatly. This week with the anniversary approaching I do feel very raw. Most years I am fine. Look after yourself.

I am so sorry you are going through this. I too have lost my baby dd. She would be 2.5 now and I think about her everyday. It takes time, and some days are easier than others. Until then just do what you need to do to get through each minute.

Sorry to bring your thread back up, but I havnt been on mumsnet properly in a while so I've only just seen that you've lost your beautiful baby and I just want to say how incredibly sorry I am. I remember you from the TTC thread last year after my daughter was stillborn and I tend to pop back onto the pg after mc thread every so often to see how everyone's doing. I hope your getting lots of support and cuddles in RL, you and your family are in my thoughts Flowers

@Miami81 I remember you from the pregnant after loss thread and was absolutely devasted to read your news. I am so so sorry for your loss. There are simply no words. All so very unfair.
