My beautiful baby

That's it really. Heading to hospital this morning to have my baby girl induced. Her heartbeat stopped somewhere between Sunday night and Monday morning at 27 weeks and I just can't bear it. She was our joy and our sunshine after two miscarriages and now I have to say goodbye to her today and I just don't know where I am going to find the strength.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. I honestly can't imagine. Thinking of you, your family & your little girl today.

ahh you went with Eilidh what a lovely name. i hope you are making the most of spending time with her and are able to make some moments to cherish.

@Miami81 you have been in my thoughts so much over the past few days, and I will continue to keep you, your hubby and little Eilidh in my thoughts. Her name is absolutely beautiful, as is she I am sure. Sending you love and strength and will be lighting a candle for your beautiful girl tonight x

Oh Miami my heart absolutely breaks for you and your DH. You provided so much support to me and so many others on the other thread and I was absolutely devastated to read your posts.

Eilidh is th most beautiful name. I’m so glad you are managing to spend lots of time with her and that you will get a memory box. Sending you all so much love. I can’t even imagine how you are all feeling.

I once read a thread where someone was asking advice on how to cope with miscarriages, and one kind person replied something along the lines of ‘remember that they were always with you, and they never felt any pain.’

My daughter was originally a twin and I found so much comfort in that.

Miami, Thinking of you, your precious daughter Eilidh, her daddy, your family and friends. My colleague's baby died a week before his due date and the photos of them, together with his brother and sister, were a real comfort.

I just wanted to share my love and thoughts with you. I'm more sorry that I can say that you are going through this as well.
I have been up all night sobbing at next week I will deliver my baby sleeping. I am 23+5 today and can't believe how cruel life is.
At the moment I feel like I have no reason to live other than my DH but the dignity and grace in your posts is truly inspiring. You are in my thoughts x
