So sorry for your loss OP, I hope the hospital has offered you some support to access when you feel ready to. Look after yourself.

Italiangreyhound · 29/10/2016 14:57

user1477738769 am so very sorry for your loss.

I really hope you will have some specialist help like a child bereavement charity and, of course, from family and friends.

There are really no words. Thinking of you.

OP, I'm so sorry. What an absolutely devastating thing to go through. No parent should have to lose a child. Please use this board in whatever way you want, it can be helpful, and there is lots of support here should you need us. So sorry.

Oh OP. I can't imagine what you must be feeling - wanted to stretch out a paw of support. Know that this thread is surrounding you with the warmest of MN love from all over the country.

Want to tell us about Holly? If you feel able...if it would help? Xx Flowers

KittyandTeal · 29/10/2016 17:06

Beautiful name.

There are absolutely no words. Take it a second or a minute at a time, grief is utterly exhausting. There were a few things that helped me when I lost my babies but that was later down the line. Child loss is even worse.

You have been in my thoughts all day Flowers

I'm so sorry for the loss of your daughter. It is a living hell to survive your child. I lost my eldest son aged 18 two and a half years ago.

All you can do for now is breathe in and out. You will be in shock. Do not expect anything of yourself.

Wishing you love and strength xx
