Daughter passed away yesterday afternoon

She had a planned surgery due. 2 days before she got admitted, ventilated and then passed away in picu 10 days later. Devastated and don't know what to do with myself.

I don't know what to say OP, nothing on earth can be worse then losing your child. My child was born very poorly and they were dark days....and that is just a scratch in comparison. Try to find someone you can talk it through with. Sending you love.

There are no words i could offer that could ease the incredible pain you must be in.Its every parents worst nightmare to lose a child,just take things minute by minute hour by hour.Someone up thread mentioned visiting a church or chapel which i think would be a good idea even if your not religious it could help to talk to someone who doesn't know you or is involved in this awful situation.As others have said we are all here for you when you are ready Flowers we are all thinking of you xxx
