Daughter passed away yesterday afternoon

She had a planned surgery due. 2 days before she got admitted, ventilated and then passed away in picu 10 days later. Devastated and don't know what to do with myself.

I do have a lot of family but none of us are in a good place and we can't help but argue and it just makes things worse.

Could you go to a church/temple? Even if you're not religious, they very often have people that are simply ready to listen...

Oh my dear I feel so sad for you, you are obviously devastated. There's lots of support for you here and virtual hugs. The passage of time will eventually take the rawness away and the sun will come out again. You're allowed to feel foul in the meantime.

I'm so sorry. We lost our daughter last year aged 7 to a brain aneurysm. It is unbelievably tough, I don't know if you are on FB but there is a group called Moving Forward After Childloss which has helped me tremendously
