TERRIBLE NEWS FROM YORKIEGIRL

Yorkiegirl has phoned me from holiday in Portugal; her husband Nigel has collapsed and died tonight.
She thinks it was a stroke or heart attack.
The authorities are trying to get hold of her parents - they are also in Portugal
Fortunately, neither of her DDs saw anything
I don't know much more than that but will post if I have anything else

So so very sad. No matter how hard my life seems, nothing compares to such a sudden loss. My heart goes out to her and her dd's. Sending her my deepest sympathy.

How terrible. What an unexpected and awful thing to happen. I hope by now Yorkiegirl and her parents are together - such a traumitic thing to go through alone and away from home. I hope she has some sympathetic and english-speaking people around her. Yorkiegirl and her poor dds will be in much my thoughts.
