On Trinity, I don't know what to say. I am crying and crying as reading your posts about your dp and you and your girls has inspired me and given me feelings of awe at your strength.

Hug your DC's. Lots. It might 'ground' you when you are still in that shocked 'dazed' state. I found it helped me.

Did he have a heart condition or was this totally out of the blue?
I hope you are feeling supported - have you seen your GP/someone medical?
