I cant help it, I need you lot, dp died yesterday, I cant stop seeing it, it hurts so much

everything hurts, I cant close my eyes without seeing it happening
he collapsed at home
I did chest compressions till the ambulance came
they tried for ages but he was gone
I cant stop seeing it
my arms hurt, my heart hurts
I'm exhausted
I cant do this again

dd1 is here but my friend had to go home to her dog first thing this morning

dd2 and gecko are with my neighbour
close friends of ours and the littluns chose to stay over last night

purplepillow is coming over later but her mum is still in hospital and she needs to see her first

You probably won't want to but do you think you could call the emergency out of hours GP to come and give you something just to get you through this immediate aftermath?

Do you have help there with you now? Where are you in the country?

You will stop seeing it, but maybe not just yet. Have you slept? Can you get anyone to be with you.

Oh Trinity - I'm so desperately sorry you're having to deal with this :(

You need some real life people around you though.

Be kind to yourself - it's going to hurt and there is nothing you can do to stop that this soon so don't waste your time trying to be normal or right just now.

One breath at a time. That's all you need to get through just now xx

Tell us about him. What was he like, where did you meet? What made him laugh?

Think about him as the person and tell us, try to stop focusing on the event of his death and tell us about him.
