everything hurts, I cant close my eyes without seeing it happening
he collapsed at home
I did chest compressions till the ambulance came
they tried for ages but he was gone
I cant stop seeing it
my arms hurt, my heart hurts
I'm exhausted
I cant do this again

dd2 hasn't cried
I'm actually very worried about her
I'm not sure she can take it, she may just shut down

dd1 is being ever so strong for me right now
she almost collapsed with grief when I told her yesterday but she is now trying to do anything and everything I want

its so wrong that she is feeling the need to take care of me
she slept in my bed last night

the little two slept over at my close friend and neighbor
they wanted to , we let them choose what they wanted to do

I am so sorry this has happened to you again. My heart goes out to you and your family.

Let your DD1 look after you - 'tis what she wants/needs to do.

What age is DD2? So unfair your kids have to go through this again. Can you be there for each other, comfort each other?

Young children can be a godsend because life just goes on for them and they force you to see that.

Just get through today. There's help and counseling for yourself and the DCs but I think that's too much to take on right now.
