Still thinking of you here Trinity.

Lovely to see joyful photos of a special man. X

chipmonkey · 12/05/2013 21:24

Trin, he looks like such a lovely, cheerful happy chap! Exactly what you deserved after your dh died and you did NOT deserve to lose him too.Sad

IwishIwasmoreorganised · 12/05/2013 21:35

Your photos are so lovely and natural. You all look so happy and relaxed.

It's so wrong that this has been snatched away from you all.

How has you all been today? Have you all managed to eat?

Please do say if there's anything that we can do to help. I'd happily get a supermarket order on its way to you if you'd accept it Trinity

DianaTrent · 12/05/2013 21:39

Oh Trinity, I am so sorry. How dreadfully unfair. He sounds so lovely, as do you. I have seen my share of the universe doing terrible things to wonderful people these past few years; but how I wish it wasn't like this and nobody had to suffer like you are now. Love from the other side of Scotland.

Kellz92 · 12/05/2013 21:42

Hun i am so sorry to read this. I really dont know how you must feel just now. hugs

TrinityRhino · 12/05/2013 21:44

I've eaten some wonderful homemade lasagne

I have chicken, pots and veg lined up for tomorrow from the awesome Purplepillow

I've managed to sleep a little

Glad to hear that you're being looked after.

Cockadoodlequack · 12/05/2013 21:55

Trinity. We've never 'spoken' on here but I'm a constant namechanger/long time lurker and know your story.

I'm so sorry that life is so unfair and so unutterably sad for some, and I'm sorry you are bearing the brunt of that truth.

Eating is good, sleeping is good, and the support of friends is good. Sending love to you and your family. Take each day as it comes, what else is there to do?

xxxx

Madamecastafiore · 12/05/2013 22:01

Eating and sleeping are all you need to be doing right now.

I'm pleased to hear that your local friends are being so practical and supportive.

Eat , sleep and one foot in front of the other bloody foot . I am so , so sad for you. I hope you can get to the stage when you can lie down without your ears filling with tears . Take heart from the fact that you filed his life with love.
Best wishes to you all both big and small. XXXX

TrinityRhino I just wanted to be another one saying that the images will fade. It does take time - to start with it's like a tape that plays in your head every time you close your eyes and you feel as though it's driving you mad because you can't get away from it. But gradually it lessens and eventually stops. Then one day you'll be able to think about it without seeing the vivid pictures - it turns back into a '2D' memory instead of one you're actually experiencing. I hope that makes sense. Hugs to you (I don't really do online hugs but you deserve one you poor dear thing) xxx

Valpollicella · 12/05/2013 23:13
