he collapsed at home
I did chest compressions till the ambulance came
they tried for ages but he was gone
I cant stop seeing it
my arms hurt, my heart hurts
I'm exhausted

yeah without a doubt giraffes
was about 10pm
inconsolable for a while but then calmed even giggled some with purples dd1 then a good slound sleep

Morning, am up with bloody pregnancy insomnia but have been thinking of you.

Do you have a smart phone that you can watch TV on? I often watch I player or 4 on demand through earphones on phone to save waking anyone up.

Take something a little stringer for the pain too. God knows the emotional pain must be crippling, you don't need the reminder of your shoulders and arms hurting too,

Have a milky drink with the ibuprofen, even a chocolate nesquick will drop them irritating your tummy.

I am fine ty I fell asleep soon after getting in (was some road works on way back so down to hard shoulder etc so took a bit longer) and accidently left light on so when I woke I got up to switch it off and thought I would just check on you...and you were up too! :) I will prob go back to sleep in an hour or so. Shift not until later.

Remember there are mint clubs in the kitchen!
