I cant help it, I need you lot, dp died yesterday, I cant stop seeing it, it hurts so much

everything hurts, I cant close my eyes without seeing it happening
he collapsed at home
I did chest compressions till the ambulance came
they tried for ages but he was gone
I cant stop seeing it
my arms hurt, my heart hurts
I'm exhausted
I cant do this again

He looks like a real entire giant, a proper mans man. I'm so sorry you're going through this again Trinity, truly I am.

If life had been a little different for me, I'd have been there in Annan too, and would have held your hand for real along with Giraffe and Pillows. I was offered a job with D&G social care department a few years back. DH and I were trying desperately to buy a house in Beattock, nr Moffat, and we just couldn't make it all come together in time and it all fell apart.

Next time we come to Craigielands country park in Moffat, I shall think of you and toast a marshmallow on the campfire to Cliff.

Be kind to yourself sweetheart and try to eat, keep your fluids up and rest as much as you can.

My God Trinity I just can't believe it. So so sad for you and your DC. He looked like such a nice man and even though I can't even imagine what you are going through I hope you can look at the photos and your engagement ring and remember how kind and great he was.

I slept a little
now the whole house is totally quiet
dd2 finally broke down last night
she sobbed her heart out Sad
she and gecko are sleeping soundly next to me right now
dd1 is in her own bed and sleeping too
I just cant believe ill never see him ever again
my head hurts again
my arms and shoulders still ache Sad

I'm not surprised you ache lovey. You will ache for a long time, but you of all people know this rawness will go in time.
