everything hurts, I cant close my eyes without seeing it happening
he collapsed at home
I did chest compressions till the ambulance came
they tried for ages but he was gone
I cant stop seeing it
my arms hurt, my heart hurts
I'm exhausted
I cant do this again

Oh my goodness, poor poor you and your poor poor children. For this to happen twice is just unspeakable.

Oh, what a manly looking man - you will have lots of great images of him in your head.
I am sorry that just now the memories of yesterday will be very vivid, but as somebody else had already said, they will fade and the far more important memories of you and him and your family will be what will stay with you.

So sorry to hear this awful news Trinity. I have seen lots of your posts over the years and cant believe what a cruel hand you have been dealt.
