I cant help it, I need you lot, dp died yesterday, I cant stop seeing it, it hurts so much

everything hurts, I cant close my eyes without seeing it happening
he collapsed at home
I did chest compressions till the ambulance came
they tried for ages but he was gone
I cant stop seeing it
my arms hurt, my heart hurts
I'm exhausted
I cant do this again

I don't normally post on these kind of threads as I don't feel I have much to offer in the way of having any knowledge of bereavement of a loved one (I know I'm in the lucky minority). I always feel its best left to the people that can advise and say the right thing, based on their own experiences.

But........reading that thread title then checking the date, and knowing your story.......I want to cry with you. Now i REALLY dont know what words to say so - [hugs]

You poor poor love. What a cunt life can be, I'm so sorry for your loss.
You know, Candy Crush will help, I lost someone close years ago and I played The Sims a bit obsessively. One day I woke up and the images had faded. They will for you Trinity even though it feels impossible now. Much love to you and your DC. X

I couldn't believe it when I saw your name, not you - not after losing your lovely DH. Trin, I am so very very sorry. The next few days will be hard but take it a minute at a time. We are all here for you. xx

My thoughts are with you Trinity. I first started really reading the boards about 3 to 4 years ago, and your story has always stuck with me.

Life will be tough, but you are a survivor and with lovely friends nd mners we'll get you through this.

thanks everyone
giraffes is away to tesco with dd1 at the moment
dd1 wants some shredded wheat and we dont have any so girrafes is being even more wonderfully kind and takeing her to pick up a few bits
