he collapsed at home
I did chest compressions till the ambulance came
they tried for ages but he was gone
I cant stop seeing it
my arms hurt, my heart hurts
I'm exhausted
I cant do this again

im wearing his ring because purplepillow is amazing and went and bought one of those weird things that make your ring fit temporarily till you can get it resized.

and im playing candy crush cause giraffes is amazing and has just passed level 181 for me

I don't know you but couldn't not post. I am so sorry for you and how desolate you must be feeling. There is nothing truer than after a bereavement than that you need to take a day at a time, sometimes just focus on the next hour. Get through the days and gradually the pain will ease. It will not change how much you love him or miss him but things will get easier and he will not want you to hurt. Screw MN not liking it, I'm sending you the biggest cuddle in the world.
