Looking for a really unusual girls name!

I'm 34 weeks pregnant with my second daughter and found my first's name by scrolling through this forum. Hers is very unusual but has a meaning and is not too much of a mouthful. We're looking for similar with this one. By very unusual I mean a name that's never shown up on the baby name chart which records any name that has been used more than 3 times in a year. It's a tall order I know!

We have Australian and Italian roots and surname ends in -ia so that rules out most -a or -ia ending names for us.
Nice nicknames are also a must.

As an example of what I like my all time fave name is Camira. It's Australian Aboriginal but unfortunately is the name of a shit Australian car so has been completely vetoed by OH.
Would love some help!

I've always liked Amaryllis.

Could you find a native Aussie plant name that sounds pretty but isn't commonly used as a given name and hasn't been ruined by use for a car or similar?

Carme - pronounced Carmay, it's the Catalan version of Carmen. There can't be too many of those?

chicarubia · 26/10/2017 16:57

Thanks guys, keep 'em coming!
Marcopront - we will just live with it obviously and it won't be the end of the world. Picking something that has never been in the charts is obviously not foolproof but the best way I've thought of to try for something unusual, which we really do want having done it for the first.

Ladypug, without outing myself my daughters name ends in -ie and is a variant of a more popular name.
Megandsprog kirrili was my all time favourite name as a child! Why do I want an unusual name? I don't know really I just know I do. I've got one, OH has one and I like the idea of my kids never being known by their full names or their first name plus initial (I guess I could have gone the other way as having an unusual name can be a real pain- hence not wanting a mouthful). But why do people like classic or old fashioned names? It's so personal and that combined with having to find one your OH likes too means it's bloody hard!
