I'm most of uses MN worse nightmares when it comes to baby names. I understand almost 100% won't like my childrens names and I really don't mind I quite like it in fact that way I know they won't become popular.

The only one that would stop me in my tracks is Buster. Monty, Dolly and Herbie sound like a trio from the 1930's. Don't see why some people feel the need to ridicule.

Thanks everyone there's some I really love I daren't say as I have a few pregnant friends at the moment and they could be about on here and like I said we don't like people to know the name before there born,

There's some loverly comments too your right squoosh they are quite old name my grandad says monty leand us through the desert, and loads of people say they had a nana/auntie dolly,

Everyone has different taste I can't understand why anyone would want there kids in a class full of children with the same name but that's up to them.

If someone tells me they know a child with the same name as mine I hate it its like they have stolen my name lol but like I said I actually like that turned up nose look when you tell people there names I know it save it won't be entering the top 100 anytime soon cxx
