Sizzix Swop.

Just a thought after Christmas shall we have a sizzix die swop???

This is how it would work.

Basically you cut 50 sizzix die cuts that you have and then send them on to me with an SAE.

I will then sort out all the packs and send you die cuts that you dont have.

You would need to email me a list of dies that you have so you dont get duplicates and also a preference of colours that you would like.

I will send out emails to all that are taking part and give a list of colours, dies etc that people are short of.

This will take ages to sort out so bear with me!!!

Can all those who want to take part sign up by 5th Jan (if we get 10 names before this date then the swop will start earlier)

If anyone wants to take part in this swop, who does not have a sizzix then they are more than welcome, but they would need to send 10 packs of assorted fibres....each pack containing 4, three meter lengths of funky fibres (buy four assorted balls of wool and cut it into 10x 3 metre lengths, so each of the 10 bags would then contain 12 meteres of fibre)Does that make sense????

This swop would be open to the first 10 that join up. You will all recieve back a parcel which will contain an assortment of 50 die cuts and a pack of funky fibres.

All dies/fibres will need to be cut and posted by 20th Jan for the completion of the swop by 27th Jan.

ALPHABETS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SWOP.

Jayzmummy why don't you get everyone, as well as emailing you, to put their list in with their diecuts so that you don't have to do a big co-ordinating job before you even start?

If everyone emails me with what dies they have, I should be able to work out who has what and then can devise some sort of plan of action, so we end up with one participant cutting maybe two/three different die cuts.

Everyone should then end up with a really good selection of cuts to play with.
Some of the more popular dies such as bitty bodies, dolls clothing and large doll...would people that dont have them want more than one??

Those that scrap might want die cuts that are more suited to scrap pages...Im thinking slidemounts, tags etc...so maybe if there are particular die cuts you would like to receive, just LMK in your emails.

Ive just counted up my sizzix dies and Im far too ashamed to list them

Looking forward to sorting this swop out as Im sure there are gonna be some fabby cards made with the dies.

I am nursing the worst of hangovers after two nights of over indulging. Bloody Christmas parties and not having the ability to just say no!!

I will pass this time. It sounds like a fab offer but I can't work it all out. Hopefully it will be so successful that it will happen again

kiwi...its easy....if you have sizzix then email me with a list of the ones you have. I will then email you with a list of ones that need to be cut and then in turn you will get a bag of 50 assorted die cuts back, which will be different to the ones you have.

If you dont have a sizzix but want to get your mits on some die cuts, then just buy some balls of wool in 4 different textures...cut them in to 10x3 meter lengths and pop them into 10 seperate bags...(so you end up with 10 bags each containing 4x3 meter lenths of wool=12 meters in total)

Send them to me and I'll work my magic so everyone will get back a bag of assorted fibres and 50 assorted die cuts to play with.

Is that any easier for those suffering with hangovers from hell?????

I've emailed you my list JM- what do i do now- wait till i hear from you with a list of the dies that you want me to cut? do you want to know my preferences now or later?

Ive had my thinking cap on and as everyone emails me I am going to make a list of all dies that are available. I will then send out an email with the dies listed. If there are any die cuts you really want then email me back with your preferance and I will then magic them into your parcels.
I think that will work out fine and dandy...not sure so we will have to just wait and see how it pans out.
Make sure you email me asap so we can get this swop on its way.
