Come hither all those who haven't found their place on mumsnet, have scrapped in Aibu or crossed words in chat. The buddy bench shalt not judge.

The buddy bench will hand out wine and cakes, it will join you on your scoffathons getting pissed

All those who enter the Gazebo and sit on the bench, will have their sins erased and be given a warm welcome and cheerful chat from ApocalypseCheese, CheerfulYank, Anyfucker, HairExtensions, gomummy, tired mum and far, far too many more to mention.

Welcome to the buddy bench, we look forward to meeting you all

Oh and don't forget, last one to leave polishes bench and locks up !

Thanks Tiredmum! It's BBQ here tonight, must avoid heating up the house as this is supposed to last for at least five days! Was reading about the California heat wave in the US, scary stuff!

You're Irish? All this time I thought you lived in a suburb in Surrey or something. Oooo I love Irish accents.

Had a Mojito earlier when trying to cook dinner, went straight to my head!

Been at a lovely park for 3 hours today with paddling pools, fountain and a huge sand pit. Happy days.

we had chinese takeaway, which was yummy. and my lovely mil came over and sat out in the gazebo for a while.

did i tell you i added a tv to the gazebo gomummy

at your lovely MIL Tiredmum! A TV in the gazebo, I didn't even know we had electricity! Who gets to control the remote?

Happy 4th of July everyone! Hope everyone's having a good day! We're staying in today as it's POURED with rain all day! Doggie hiding under the bed cos of all the thunder. (Sending some your way to all you rain dancers). Once upon a long time ago (ie pre dd) when DH was in a rock band and I was his groupie/roadie/driver etc we went to the local stadium for the July 4th celebrations and his band played the star spangled banner for everyone. So for all you Cheerful Yanks and everyone else - Happy Independence Day!

I imagine Cheerful must be off enjoying 4th of July celebrations, don't know if there are any other Americans on the bench?

I've been a religous Corrie follower for about 15 years . Loved Jamie Oliver's show in the US recently. We don't do tv with DS so anything late-night is pretty much it. We tend to read a LOT.
