It always has
Knives, forks, spoons..... always

AI therefore BU to be irritated beyond belief that when DH unloads the sodding dishwasher that he cannot get it right? He always puts them in random places in our cutlery tray, but never knives, forks, spoons

I suspect he does it like this so that I stop asking him to do it, but we have been together for 15 years!

Knives, forks, spoons or AIBU?!!

MaryMOG · 02/04/2010 16:17

not loons, spoons

RatherBeOnThePiste · 05/04/2010 19:36

at Easter time it actually goes....

Eggs
Bunnies
Chicks

EBC

and KFS

and PVS

OP posts:
nickelbabe · 06/04/2010 16:15

I'll agree with EBC.

but it's definitely SFK

and the PVS thing is tooooooooo complicated for me even to think about!

KnottyLocks · 06/04/2010 16:45

Can't possibly be eggs, bunnies, chicks...

eggs and chicks must be together.

Bunnies first to deliver the eggs so the chicks can hatch.

Unless we get into the 'what came first the chicken or the egg debate'. In which case I'll let you have chicken, egg, bunnies.

Coz bunnies don't come from eggs do they? Ok, maybe originally form the mummy bunny's egg when fertilised by the daddy bunny's swimmers, but they don't actually hatch, do they? No. See, can't put bunnies in the middle then.

KnottyLocks · 06/04/2010 16:46

p.s.

Happy Easter

guardian notes and queries, scroll to the bottom

nickelbabe · 07/04/2010 16:21

oh, Knotty, that doesn't make any sense!

i can't explin why.

chicks come at the end because they're the last to appear.

eggs and bunnies are easter things.

chicks are just ; oh sod it, i can't think of reasons.

nickelbabe · 07/04/2010 16:22
Grin
nickelbabe · 07/04/2010 16:23

KnottyLocks · 08/04/2010 07:37

Tis because I'm right, isn't it?

RatherBeOnThePiste · 08/04/2010 20:57

Nickelbabe..... If a job is worth doing, it's worth doing well I say.

Love the asparagus thingies but they are essentially unecessary...where would one store them?

So, I've been thinking...

Based on my Easter theory which used my extensive scientific knowledge, I have been inspired to think further on this great debate. If we consider the history of cutlery and therefore it's chronolgy, it really should be:

Knives
Spoons
Forks
