AIBU to list retailers that routinely use Evri for deliveries so we can avoid them?

I am utterly sick of how Evri deliveries are so incredibly bad. I have had parcels go missing, non deliveries, poor communication etc. It is with almost everything that they seem to try and deliver. I don't live anywhere remote or hard to access. I have decided to not shop online with retailers that routinely use Evri to deliver.

AIBU to suggest that we use this thread to list stores that use Evri to deliver online orders so Mumsnetters can decide whether to shop there or not.

I find EvRI pretty good on the whole, they do a lot of deliveries to me.

Other way round for my area, Evri are awful here...

Evri are fine for me. DHL are a nightmare and I wish retailers wouldn't use them, or at least give a choice of courier.

Evri used to be great in our area. Now they are so bad it’s become a local running joke. We’ve had 5 out of 5 parcels for our house go missing over the summer. I’m not aware of any successful Evri deliveries in our village over that timeframe. One or two people have retrieved parcels from other villages, and a couple have been found chucked in bushes, but most have disappeared into the ether. We’re currently engaging in a collective campaign to break past the wall of bot-generated emails and make an actual person engage.
There will always be mistakes with deliveries but when a company is incapable of delivering a single parcel, something has gone a bit wrong!

Evri is the only provider that is reliable for me. Have had the same driver for around 3 years and he always delivers with a smile.

The others, including Royal Mail, are awful.

Also, it very much varies even within companies - John Lewis is only ever DPD for me.

Our area has this one evri driver who is very good and will always have a quick chat with you. You know he's there because you will here a really loud "alright matey!" As he puts the parcel in the porch

Please don’t boycott them. I am really broke and just about to sign up to do some shifts for them as a second job.

The Evri driver in my area lives on my street, she's ace and parcels always arrive on time and always at the right property.

Any notification I get that says a parcel is being delivered by evri I ALWAYS chose the option to have it delivered to a parcelshop. I've never had an issue with parcels being delivered to parcel shops! It might be less convenient for you but if like me you are always out or at work it definitely is the better option and you have around a week to collect it.

We think our laptop got swiped from a parcelshop after we had dropped it off there, so I am not such a fan. But we all make our own decisions based on our own experience.

Evri, for us, are pretty reliable. Yabvu

Hush, a parcel of sales goodies were lost by Evri last week.After 10 days it was accepted the parcel was lost but the items I wanted were out of stock.

Never had an issue with evri so il continue to use them thanks 😊
